The guy serving is very rude. It’s not a welcoming experience. I took sitafal and mango ice cream , it ended up being too sweet and less flavour. Total disappointment.

The server claimed every ice cream flavor was gluten free. I was suspicious after eating some and confirmed with the online menu afterward that she was incorrect. Very disappointing that they don't take allergens seriously.

Found our new local spot for great homemade ice cream. There were many flavors to choose from and all of them were homemade. Near the entrance there are pints available for taking home. Nice atmosphere and fast service.

I've been eyeing this place for a while and finally I tried it today after craving cake batter ice cream. I walked in and was greeted immediately. I tried the strawberry daiquiri sorbet and it was pretty good, but I ended up settling for cake batter. When the lady was waiting on me to make my decision she was on her phone, which I was fine with, but I wasn't fine with the fact that she didn't wash her hands after I placed my order. I feel like cleanliness is a must when serving customers. She could have at least put on some gloves. Instead she put her phone down and put her dirty hands in the whole bucket of ice cream. Yuck - I wanted to say something so bad but I didn't, I just won't return. As far as the ice cream it was ok. The cake batter tasted like banana to me.
The ice cream was amazing. I rarely make reviews however this place really hit the spot for me. Our ice cream artisan Sam was a big help in picking the best flavors. There were the basics which were so creamy and delicious. And there was some stand out flavors that were so scrumptious and unique that I couldn’t pass on. This was my first time coming here and I’m sure it will certainly won’t be the last.

Visited for the first time, Sam was extremely friendly and offered tremendous insight to the history of the place and the flavors. For sure will visit again for the Raspberry or Almond Joy flavors!

It’s a gem of a place especially if you’re craving Indian ice cream. The owner if wonderful and they have some great flavors from back home that are hard to find in the states.Matka kulfi and saffron ice-cream are must haves. They also have exotic flavors like, anjeer cheeku etc.

This is ice ‘flake’ cream. Got a pre packed from the freezer and it’s as crispy as KFC. Avoid this cheap quality ice cream at any cost. Potential reason is a freezer burn resulting dew to unhygienic packing, poor temperature control or prolonged storage. And this is not cheap either.

Ice cream is delicious. I must say for the small pint I was charged $9 Irving location and the location in south lake charges $7. Not sure why this location is more expensive. I will be going to south lake for better service and cheaper cost.
