We were drawn in my the wonderful aroma coming from the food truck. Unfortunately that was the best part of the meal. I am giving them 3 stars as they are nice people BUT the BBQ is mediocre at best. The brisket was extreme fatty and a bit chewy. The ribs were okay but they smothered it in some bad sauce without asking us if we wanted any (we did not). The best thing we had were the Jalapeno Poppers but they were very small. The potato salad was a joke as it was about the size of a tangerine. The baked potato had no sour cream and hardly any toppings for $16. I not only am a restaurant person but also am from Memphis where we know a thing or two about BBQ. Just drive on by this food trailer folks. For over $50 + tip we could have had table service and steaks at Dunston's.

This is probably some of the best BBQ in Irving. Hometown boys seem to pull up and sell. I dig it. Just got a 1/2lb of brisket. Little bit dry, but had good smoke taste. The BBQ was kinda like ketchup but still good. I'd rather come here than go to a Dickey's. If you're around the area, stop by and grab a taste. It's a little pricey but if they have the stuffed jalapenos, you can leave with just a bite for under $5

I absolutely loved my Brisket and Sausage 2 meat plate with Mac and baked beans. The brisket was chopped very well and had an outstanding smoke. The smoke was very aromatic it made me smile in the car. I would recommend eating here time after time!
Parking: They are located in a gas station parking lot so you park where you can get in around the pumps or next to the curb.

Food 10 big one turkey 🍗 leg.. falling of the bone ,2 hot popers lil and small then was ok .. wish a lil biger to try the meat inside.. the bbq sauce need some love home made sauce would be bomb.. Service 4 was ok .. need to chop it up more with customer 🙄 tell more about the place n bbq ..we see the menu ...sell it add pictures out side the food trailer will help.. Atmosphere 2 I really think u could be in a batter spot not so hidden for the people and traffic... u got some good bbq .. Will be back for some ribs...

First time I ordered a baked potato that looked as if was gonna be 🔥🔥🔥! It was big and BLAND! 😡
Second time I ordered a rib sandwich. It was TOUGH and BLAND! 😤
I won’t give them nan nother dime of my money.
