The food is very good but there is a man who is a little older and the treatment is not the best. We went with my family and left the tip in cash but we paid for the food by card. Apparently he didn't like that we left him $30 dollars and at the same time After making the payment, he charged us an extra tip on the card when we did not put it. The same thing happened to my sister as we were on separate accounts. It is not so much the quantity but the action

My love & I decided to stop here because I wanted to. Shortly after receiving out drinks, I catch something in the corner of my eye, but by the time I turn my head.... nothing. I told him I thought I saw something, so of course, now I'm on high alert. Our food comes out, and shortly after, so does this guy!! I rush to grab the hostess. She calls the manager. The manager's response was, "I'm so sorry about that. We sprayed yesterday. But if he's out, that means he's dying" and laughs!... NOPE! No roaches for me thanks!

Dude this place smelled like unwashed bootycheeks. Upon being seated, there was a lingering, festering bile smell stuck in the air. Either wash the carpet or wash the customers upon entry before their reek sticks to the restaruant.

This is how my toscana soup looked when it was brought out to me vs how it’s supposed to look. When I showed the manager, she couldn’t even pretend like she cared. The Irving location should focus on better staffing and training to ensure prompt and courteous service to customers!

If I could put zero stars or negative stars, I would this place was absolutely horrible would not recommend coming to this place. SCAMMERS WILL OVER CHARGE YOU! The food is tasteless. Had no flavor rubbery, pasta, hard chicken, and didn’t taste fresh. I took my daughter there with her friends for her birthday and i instructed the hostess in the beginning that we were celebrating birthdays to which we literally had to beg our server to bring out over and over and over, the wildest part is that we had to send a couple of plates back because the food was not good, and instead of them either redoing the food or taking food off the bill, they substituted it for other things that we did not ask for so instead of me Getting one entrée removed they just substituted it for something else and said they couldn’t comp the meals, because we had too many people at the table which was explained to me and they couldn’t just allow the three meals that got sent back to not have some kind of fee. When looking at the menu for endless soup and salad, you can order as much soup and salad as you like we were told by a manager that based on the amount of people that we had, which was the total of six people ( 4 kids 2 adults) that we had ordered two salads and we should’ve been charged for it but if we’re doing the endless soup and salad, why would be charged for an extra salad if we paying for endless so when we sent back the plates instead of us just having those plates removed from the bill they just tacked on other cheaper food items to make up for it so the bill went from 130 to 123 so at the end of the day we only got subtracted seven dollars for our bill Not for all the meals we sent back because they were not good and we’re not fresh. Please stay away from this place they are scammers and will scam you for your money. The food quality is a zero and the manager made no attempt to make it right. She just said that this is what they’re doing and to accept it I try not to fuss with her because it was my daughter‘s birthday and we had a company with her, so I do not want to embarrass my child. The server was unattended, and was frustrated with us asking questions, and may no attempt to make us feel welcomed or even courteous to us. He avoided us as much as possible. We literally had to chase him down just to get him to bring us food and drinks and salad condiments. This place is horrible. Please do not come here stay away if possible. They’re better places that are more customer friendly definitely not this place don’t spend your money here. It is not worth it.

Very good food and the place has a good atmosphere but the waiter confronted me for not leaving the suggested tip, 20 dollars seems like a good tip to me regardless of the total cost. It is important that they learn to demand better salaries and not confront the customer that in the end I am paying for each dish without giving a dollar less. It made me very uncomfortable on an evening that had been quite good.
