Went in for drink. Frozen margaritas machine was out of service

Our waiter Nelly is a fantastic server, and the food was great, and he had such a positive energy. Cant wait to come back soon!
The food was hot temperature wise...I enjoyed it very much! I was there with a group like 15 of us. The one couple who ordered an appetizer predictably got theirs first! All our other meals came at about the same time which was nice. It was on a Friday night. Had a great time with my friends ☺️
Nelly was awesome. Brought everything we needed. He did a great job. We'll be back!!!
Nelly was absolutely amazing, I had no idea what I wanted to eat and he was such amazing help. Very attentive, checked on our table enough but not too much to be bothersome. We came into town for a medical family emergency and Nelly was so nice, caring, thoughtful and just all around wonderful we had a moment of normalcy and a few good laughs with our server.
Food was amazing, service was even better!
We had an amazing experience at On The Border thanks to our server, Nelly. From the moment we were seated, he was warm, friendly, and incredibly attentive made great recommendations from the menu and checked in on us often without being intrusive. Our drinks were never empty, and our food came out quickly and exactly as ordered.
Nelly needs a raise, he was very polite and respectful and very on top of all of our needs and requests
The food was fine but the service was not what we’ve come to expect from an On The Border. We waited and waited and waited before a manager (I think) stopped by and noticed the delayed service, which we appreciate. However, we only continued to wait. Also, I’ve always thought they had fresh tortillas but this one heats ‘em up…fresh out of a package from the store. Aside from the extreme wait to get drinks, and then food, and then having to find our server to get the check, the food was okay.
