The staff is friendly and accommodating love the food the steak was tender and moist the salad wedge is delicious and the sweet potato were so soft and sweet and the bread was delicious also.

I asked the host for a table since my leg is still healing. They took me to a booth. This was the second time.. today is July 18th 2025 been going back to this place for the past 3 weeks went in tonight brought my girlfriend the host is at the front took her 5 minutes to get there on top of that she said they didn't have no tables because they didn't have servers I told her I thought she had seated us the night before me and a guy that works for me or my friend She said no it wasn't me in a very rude way and I told her I need a table so we just left and went down the road from the looks of that place in the amount of people that were in there sitting I don't even know how y'all pay the bills but you need some better help in there the past couple weeks of ladies had been at the front been fine even the waiters are fine but this lady at that podium tonight was about his people friendly as a snake

Must of did some changes with the cooks this time around. The food was cooked to order.
I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent order I placed at your.
I ordered 5 grilled chicken breasts with broccoli. However, the portions of the broccoli I received were noticeably smaller than usual, and the broccoli was undercooked and extremely hard.
I brought these issues to the attention of the management at the time, but unfortunately, I was met with a dismissive and unprofessional attitude. This response left me feeling unheard and dissatisfied, which is not what I expect from a restaurant that prides itself on quality food and service.
I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and address both the food quality and the customer service I received. I believe in giving feedback to help improve future experiences, and I hope to continue dining with Outback in the future just not this location anymore unfortunately.

Greg created a meal for me what drinks for less than I appreciate that and my steak came out so tender. Coconut shrimp came out awesome come out to Irving bring your family and enjoy yourself I did!!!

The best part about this place surprisingly is the customer service because the food is NOT it. 🙅🏾♀️ You would think you'd get fantastic food & maybe crappy customer service but it's actually the complete opposite. The customer service is phenomenal! 😀 The workers there are very sweet & kind but the food is definitely LACKING. 🤢🤏🏾 We went there for my Mom's B-Day early in June & we ordered steak nachos&they were AWFUL!! it's like they gave us the BOTTOM of the barrel type of Steak. We also ordered a Blooming Onion, which, granted we know the drive to our house from the restaurant that the blooming onion probably will not be as perky as it should be but it shouldn't have been soggy. it was only 15 min drive & it was completely soggy! No freshness to it, not even a litttttttttttttle 🤏🏾🙈 bit. And the drinks were JUST decent; when they were supposed to be the HIT 🔥 new drink ?? 🤔 Y'all have got to do better on the food quality! Again, as far as customer service they are exceptional.
