Cannot recommend this place enough! They treat you like royalty, especially Johnathan. Truly takes the time to talk to you and make sure your experience if perfect. Can’t thank him enough. Highly recommend!

Hands down the slowest service I have ever seen. I thought maybe it was a fluke so we went again. They take your drink order and about 1/2 hour later they return to tell you they don’t have what you ordered. Take another order and then you wait another 1/2 hour. After that you never see them again. Out of desperation you go straight to the bar figuring you will speed up the process. But think again, 1 hour later you get your over-cooked appetizers. Run away!

The craft ice is gone and traditional Old Fashions of Outlaw Bar have changed since to switch from Four Seasons to Ritz Carlton. Service was slow with only us and one other table.

JACK, is not just an exceptional valet who operates smoothly in the craziest traffic situations, he does so with a smile and an offer for even more help should I need it, what a cool cucumber! This guy sets the bar for high end southern hospitality. Will DEFINITELY recommend!

Located inside the beautiful Ritz-Carlton Las Colinas this place has a lot of character and class. Perfect place to hang out with your friends and have a nice relaxing night out. Grab a cocktail, cigar, and plush leather chair. Talk about that business deal or to enjoy a night catching up with your bros. Vintage pool table and shuffle board to pass the time too! And try the burger and chips and queso.
