I booked my Mandalay Suite on the phone with Omni, booking was a great experience got a fantastic waterfront room on a high floor 20 to 25 th floor! Paid $350.00 per night for a suite! Arrived for check in and was informed the room wasn’t available that they promised me, but would put me on the 18th floor got to the room and if you stood on the balcony and leaned out you could see Mandalay Canal! I called the front desk had to go back down showed them my booking finally gave me a room with a view on the 6th floor! No we’re sorry nothing, finally gave me a $12.00 voucher for 2 at breakfast! The service was terrible, parked in valet and they had 1 poor young man running for his life trying to park and bring up cars! I love staying at Omni’s their fantastic, this is a fantastic location just a shame their service is getting so poor!

Remodeled lobby..an improvement. Rooms still have same decor as 1998. They are excellent remembering specif customer needs, i.e feather free room. Remodeled fitness room has better equipment than years past, ALTHOUGH neither of the 2 THE precor recumbent bike touch screens did not work for quickstart. Lobby restaurant slow at lunch..waited 45 minutes for a hamurger even though only 4 table occupied. Lobby coffee shop was out of stock..both ltems i asked for: lemon muffin, and hot chocolate. Staff did not know when they would have those items again...they said they had been " out" for days

The hotel was lovely!! It was clean very clean!! The VALETS AT OMNI ARE AWESOME!! NOREEQ H. WAS SO KIND AND HELPFUL REALLY WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO HELP US. MHIDZ THE CUSTOMER CLERK WAS ALSO A LOVELY PERSON VERY HELPFUL. LOOK FORWARD TO STAYING AGAIN SOON.

Great views, great drinks and great food. We really enjoyed our stay. There are definitely signs it’s an older hotel, our bath drain didn’t drain quickly,and I think the sink faucet handles were installed backwards. The pillows are soft, but lack loft so you need a few to get support. Yet, overall they have kept it up. It was very clean. Quality linens, luxurious bath robe, carpet was clean and I didn’t feel weird being barefoot, the ac and fridge work very well. They offer nice toiletries, and coffee, tea, bottled water. We were comfortable just staying in the room, but it was also great to get out. We tried all the restaurants, saw they offered lawn games like corn hole, an have an excellent pool by the lake where we lounged and enjoyed the live DJ. Omni has a lot to offer and we even saw several families enjoying themselves.

Omni is conveniently located to many office buildings and had a lovely pool, with a walking trail beside the canal. I found the staff very helpful. Room decor were a little tired, but beds are extremely comfortable, and the overall experience was very positive.

Stayed here for a few nights for the eWomenNetwork conference and had a great time. Beautiful hotel. Fantastic staff. Meals at the restaurant were a little pricey and no lunch from room service. Coffee at the grab n go was excellent.

This hotel is more like a resort than a hotel. The hotel is truly lovely. The service is outstanding. The staff make it their business to go the extra mile for their guests. The location is in a suburb of Dallas. Travel to downtown Dallas is easy and quick. The on-site store is incredibly stocked with necessities and treats. A wonderful experience! A special thank you to Nic (from Albuquerque) and Tisha!! So helpful and so friendly!

Vada at the valet was always very kind and helpful! She went above and beyond, and was very personable! We always have a great experience with all the staff at Omni Las Colinas and always look forward to our next stay.

Excellent hotel! Amazing staff, beautiful location. Arely at the front desk was so helpful and amazing - great experience. Beautiful pool and bar area and the food was excellent. Overall it was a great experience.
The valet service was excellent. Vada, Dave, Marq were helpful. I had books and materials for a seminar and they unloaded my car and brought it to the conference room. Even though they were busy (Mothers Day Weekend) they were kind and cordial. When time for me to leave my car was ready.

I checked in around 9:00 pm on a Friday night and went straight to the restaurant at the lobby to grab dinner. I waited about 20 minutes and no waiter came to bring me a menu or take my order so I moved to the bar area. The bartender wouldn't even make eye contact or even bring me water. After about 20 minutes, I left to go talk to the manager and ask about other restaurant recommendations around the area. She said most everything was closed already and that I had to Uber so I had no choice but to go back to the hotel restaurant. They finally took my order but it took forever. The next day I tried the other restaurant by the pool. There was one bartender and no waiters for the entire pool area. Again, I sat at a table and waited for someone to take my order but nobody came. After about 20 minutes, I just left the hotel and I will never go back. I also asked for a late checkout when I checked in and the manager said I couldn't get one because they were fully booked. I told her the the website said you could pay extra for a late checkout and that I was willing to pay. She said that I had to prebook the late checkout. After threatening to leave the hotel, she reluctantly gave me a late checkout for $25 dollars. The whole experience is not what I expected from an Omni hotel.
