I ordered a cake. When I placed the order , I had sent them a picture of what I wanted on my cake and the colors . When I got my cake, it was wrong colors and completely different picture. They just chose a picture off of Google of the same thing that I had asked for instead of the picture I sent. When I went back inside to tell them. They kept telling me " what's the issue , is it not the same guy ?" , I ordered a custom cake that cost 50$ for them to try to convince me to just take the cake like that. Then the owner proceeded to say to another employee who was asking what happened, " apparently the picture is very important " with a sarcastic attitude. They went back and forth with me trying to convince me to just take the cake like that and that they didn't understand what's the problem if it's the same character just a different photo . I began asking for a refund instead and then they finally agreed to make it how I originally asked . They told me that the owner would call me to apologize for his rude behavior because he didn't mean to be rude to me . This was on my birthday, the owner never actually called me to apologized. A horrible experience.

Terrible service, the girls who work there serve you as if they were doing you a favor with a fuchi face, they don't say hello or thank you or anything, it's a shame because the bread is very deliciousI hope the owners read these reviews and teach them how to be nice to the customer.

Every pastry that I’ve had from this bakery has been fresh tasting and delicious. I like that the bread is safe behind the counter and the workers grab it for you.

Very bad customer service I went for the first time looking for a cake because it was recommended to me but I had a bad experience the girls served me with a very annoying attitude like someone saying hurry up I don't have your time

The bread is good but the way it’s set up is horrible. You’re unable to grab your own bread. You have to ask the cashier what bread you want and how many and they’ll get it for you. I would recommend “El Sol Panadería”, there you’re able to grab your own bread and it’s more

I have never left a review on a place that wasn’t a good review except now. if your looking to get cake from this place especially a 2 tier or any that is for anything important like that DONT got a cake for graduation party first they called that day to ask me for the picture that I gave them when I first ordered the cake. But that’s not why it’s bad it’s because they don’t know the basics of making a two tier cake. The cake was slipping and falling off they gave it to me in a piece of cardboard no real box. And I mean the pictures speak for themselves. I was driving 20mph with my emergency lights on and the cake was falling over as it was flat on the ground. No base no sticks in the middle to balance the cake nothing. I first asked them about this they said they have never put sticks in there cakes before huhuhu?!?!? Then they tried to say that the cake had the sticks to keep it balanced going back on what they said. Look at the pictures do those pictures show that no!! They did not I even touched it to feel for the sticks nothing!!! They remade it a second time really uglier and assured us it was good to go but at that point we just needed a cake so we took it. I had someone hold it and make sure it doesn’t fall… surprise it fell again we wish we had a pictures of the second time but we were so upset we just went in gave them the cake and got our money back (spend $140)after they tried to give us there one tier cakes. Don’t come here there’s plenty of other professionals that actually know what they’re doing.

I found this place on yelp at the last minute. We arrive an hour before closing and they were helpful. They didn't really understand english and I do not speak spanish but all I wanted was the Concha sweet bread and they had it! The prices are low and the bread was delicious. We also tried the pineapple and queso turnovers and everything was great. I could not believe how BIG the breads were. I picked up an assortment of 8 different items and my total was about $9. If only we could get these kinds of prices in Hawaii.
