This is definitely a hidden gem! Their bread is delicious!! They have a big variety of sweat bread, I went in and wanted to buy the while store 😅. It smells amazing in there. Pricing is very good too for the quality of the bread and how big the pieces are! The staff was very friendly.

The bread is a little better and a few pennies cheaper than your regular Mexican Market. The downside is that the system they have for getting bolillos is not the most efficient and the cashiers can be rude. They really need to hire people who can speak English and have some interpersonal skills. Definitely not worth a drive.

Also some cashiers have terrible customer service since they are rude and do not know how to speak English with customers who only speak that language. It's okay but definitely nothing more special than any other Mexican bakery.

I have been coming to this bakery for years because the bread in general tastes good, it is the place where I like to buy bread the most. I always bought my family's cakes here, personalized and with time, but the last time they delivered me a crappy cake, the taste was the same, but I paid for a service and I expected something nice, well made, I ordered it with time, I went directly as they told me I should do, and I even paid all the money in advance (you can leave a part and pay the rest the day they deliver it to you) hoping there would be no problem and I would have a beautiful cake, since it seems that they made it with the feet, the poorly cut figures as if A 3-year-old child would have made the cuts, the figures with half a head, horrible, I was embarrassed to show it to my guests and my little son cried a lot due to disappointment, I had chosen the images and they were going to print them, I even sent them complete the design of how I wanted it, together with my son excitedly hoping to have a souvenir for photos, I was so disappointed by their lack of professionalism, lack of commitment to customers, that since then I have not bought cakes here again, personalized cakes cost further, If you charge more, guaranteeing better work would be ideal. If anyone reads me, please take my comment into account to improve your work, if you can't handle the work and you won't have it on time, it's better not to be honest with your clients, and if you have so much work because of how much you sell, then They should hire more staff because customer service is declining, no matter how delicious they make the bread, if they continue like this without improving, little by little and one by one their customers will leave.
