Best pan dulce, place is too small and is always super busy however, the long wait line is always worth it

They’re very rude and unorganized when it comes to ordering a customized cake. One of the young ladies scheduled me for the wrong date and the ladies working the front counter didn’t want to take my order just because it was mistakenly scheduled for the next day. They could have taken my order. It only takes 5 minutes to do it because this isn’t the first time I have ordered a customized cake from here, so I do know for a fact it only takes 5 minutes to take the order. They just like to be obnoxious towards customers.

They sold me day-old bread, it was stale.
The bread is delicious if it is fresh
But if it's from the previous day, it's very hard.

This is definitely a hidden gem! Their bread is delicious!! They have a big variety of sweat bread, I went in and wanted to buy the while store 😅. It smells amazing in there. Pricing is very good too for the quality of the bread and how big the pieces are! The staff was very friendly.

The bread is a little better and a few pennies cheaper than your regular Mexican Market. The downside is that the system they have for getting bolillos is not the most efficient and the cashiers can be rude. They really need to hire people who can speak English and have some interpersonal skills. Definitely not worth a drive.

The bread is a little better and cheaper than the market. However, they should have a more efficient way for people to grab the bobbins since they only have one cart and it is difficult to separate the bobbins one by one. Also some cashiers have terrible customer service since they are rude and do not know how to speak English with customers who only speak that language. It's okay but definitely nothing more special than any other Mexican bakery.
