The GM, Stephanie is completely unprofessional. She stood in the corner texting on her phone for 15 minutes while I waited 25+ minutes in the drive thru line with only 3 cars in front of mine. Never once did she attempt to help the young man who was obviously overwhelmed doing the drive thru line by himself. Poorly ran store.

There are a lot of good local options in this area, but I generally like Panda and was craving it… welp… I basically got a side of each of the 2 meats, then an entree of lo mein. Also, ordered it online, but it still took longer to get my food (after waiting about 15 min to pick it up) than the people in line. Even had to go back and ask for the sauces I asked for on my mobile order. Stick to the local restaurants around here.

Food has always been very good! Service is very fast and courteous! Best of all, food servings were great and not small sized like many other places. Atmosphere was a 3 because this is either sit down or take out, also a drive up window. This establishment is designed for excellent efficiency mostly for people who want their food quick and to go! Dining area nice, roomy and always clean! Staff were friendly, courteous, made you feel welcomed! Great place for food that is consistently good and very quick and friendly service! Highly recommended!

I wanna give the ladies compliments cause I know they're working as hard as they can. I ordered my food before my lunch break and waited in the line for about 15 minutes before being told they hadn't started my order once I got to the window, waited about another 10 minutes inside on my order and didn't get my springrolls which I was informed and made a substitue but still got charged for the springrolls even though I got one eggroll. Also didnt get any utensils which I'm not gonna blame them so much since I did go inside to pick it up. They were busy so my review is directed at none of the workers but instead the company for not staffing their stores accordingly, these ladies were running their asses off trying to get orders made and thats on corporate. When its bad on both staff and customers maybe rethink your operations so you can maximize both wait times as well as the work haul on your employees? Those ladies definitely don't get paid enough to deal with that so hats off to em.

it’s very rare i get my food in a timely manner. 90% of the time they don’t make my food until i get there. it’s pretty packed during lunch time so it’s a bit of a wait, but when the managers are there i can trust they’ll work w urgency and take care of me (i’m not sure if they’re managers, but with a crew full of younger adults and teens, i would assume the older white man or woman on shift is the lead supervisor). however, when sathi is there and nobody else, there’s no sense of urgency. i came in today, showed her my order, and when there were no other customers, nobody was making my order. i had to ask the kid cleaning to make it while sathi chatted with someone who looked to be at a senior level. i only go here bc it’s close to work and somewhat affordable, but it’s disappointing how many chances i give them and nothing gets better.
