I ordered online here today excited to get take out from this store. The worst mistake i could have ever made. I ordered online on their website because it was more convenient for me to do it that way, and got notified that my food was ready within 15 minutes. I got there, and went inside to pick up my food, they have a separate line for orders that were made online. I stood there for 6 minutes waiting to be helped, all the workers were ignoring me. They had one customer in line and i was patiently waiting. No one greeted me nothing. Absolute terrible service. They finally got to me after waiting patiently for them to be finished with the other customers, told them I had an online order that said it was ready to be picked up, and of course they tell me my food was not ready. They also told me they were out of the entree i wanted so i had to wait another 20 mins to get my food. In all, i love this restaurant but service here was absolutely terrible. I do not recommend going to this particular store. Absolute let down. Really disappointed.

Store lady does not know the rules and was very rude when i am trying to explain my situation about delivery service she dint care to respond and hanged up on me customer service is unreliable and they dont care if order is delivered alao me tioned company is not responsible for delivery seevices not sure why they even have delivery services if not done properly
I would never order food here if this is the case refund was not done i lost tracking of order was delivered to wrong address

I love this place,if you are watching the weight of your food and doing portion control,this is the spot….I usually get the small entree,and egg roll for under $10….
Great way to boost metabolism,the key is small portions…..food is great!!
Usually always fresh,if not they can make some fresh,if you are willing to be patient…

This one star review is directed squarely at the general manager of this location. I had an online order that was supposed to be ready at 5:30. I pulled into the drive-through at 5:30 and they told me my order wasn’t ready yet and to park my car and they would bring it out. I waited 15 minutes in my car then I came in the store and waited another 20 minutes in the store before my order was ready. I watched no less than six other people come in in order in person and receive their food before me. The staff was nice, but they were understaffed and undertrained.

Save yourself the hassle and never go in for an online order. They're severely short-staffed and due to mismanagement of resources, do not have someone in charge of fulfilling online orders in store. Your best bet at receiving your order in a reasonable amount of time is to go through the drive-thru or to stand in the normal ordering line as they will move much quicker and pay direct attention to those orders.
They only hire pretty faces or internal manager references(from their country).

This place is a joke LOL. I walked in still more than 1hr left before closing. There’s at least 5 people there working. Not even busy. I stood there no one took my order. One girl is busy w Drive Thru Everyone is right infront of me but busy cleaning. Plus, they had extreme little food left on display. It didn’t even look appetizing if you want to come here for a good laugh it’s a perfect place Because no one will even acknowledge you and they don’t even have Any food to serve. You’re going to have a great time walking in and walking right back out.
