Very nasty people, they are so rude. After saying the name on my order for pick up. They still will not give me my food, wanting another verification.. Each time, I go to this location, the employees are so horrible.

I came to this location twice!
The first time orange chicken was not that fresh but I decided to give it another try and now the rice isn’t fresh which I should’ve known because the young lady that made my food made a face when scooping the rice and started to whisper to another person as if something was wrong .. food wasn’t fresh once again so I definitely won’t be back to this location

7/31/25 11am - Lady at the window was the definition of all that is good in customer service. If she had her own restaurant or store I would be there 2x a week simply because of her amazing attitude. Food was good too.

Thanks to the whole team! But especially to Mariana who did a great customer service 👏🏽 My table was dirty and she just jump from the till to the table!! We really appreciate that 😊
The food is too expensive for this bad economy for me and my daughter . Also you never have special prices ever. I will never go. Let the rich people go.

Ordered from this location off of Uber eats for the first time tonight and it is absolutely awful. Part of my order was orange chicken and I swear, it doesn't even taste or look like chicken. I also had a piece of shrimp in my food (which I did not order because I am highly allergic.) I've never had a bad review on any Panda Express location, but PLEASE AVOID THIS ONE. Waste of money and you'll throw it up.

Worst place to pick up food orders. I had an order that was supposed to be ready at 1:50pm. I went in at 2:00pm to give them an extra 10 mins and they told me they have not started the order. I walk out and wait in my car for another 15 mins and the order still isn’t ready. It’s literally one plate with a coke. None of these workers would be able to work at the Panda Express in the DFW Airport. Just straight slow. Its sad. Take notes from Chipotle. 2 people on line. 1 Cashier. 1-2 people on delivery orders. It’s not that hard. Do better.

I’m extremely upset with the service I’ve been receiving from this location through Uber Eats. This is not the first time this has happened. Today, I placed an order and specifically requested soy sauce and hot sauce — the most basic condiments to enjoy the meal — and not even one of each was included.
This keeps happening, and honestly, the person preparing the orders should ask themselves: Would you like to receive your food incomplete? I seriously doubt it. If you wouldn’t accept it for yourself, don’t do it to your customers.
I also tried calling the restaurant multiple times to complain, and no one answered the phone.
If this happens again, I will go in person and speak directly to whoever is in charge to demand a refund. Food isn’t cheap anymore, and people expect to get exactly what they paid for.
I hope you take this seriously and do a better job moving forward. Respect for the customer starts with paying attention to the basics.
0 customer service lady got an attitude like she doesn’t wanna be there panda you already have a robot taking orders and you add 0 friendly staff it was not my fault that she didn’t had change i was paying 46 dollar with 100 is not like I was paying $10 train your crew…

The people that work here clearly don’t know how to read I ordered thru uber eats and the bag had my name on it but when I opened it, it was not my order first of all the name on the plate does not match the name on the receipt second I ordered a bowl with chow mein and orange chicken, instead I got a plate with fried rice, chow mein, shrimp and sesame chicken
An amazing customer service from everyone. Yet, a young lady with name tag “RO” caught my attention with her OUTSTANDING performance all the way across the board, between greeting and serving incoming customers to calling for more food to be cooked to even going into the kitchen to help cook more food, I enjoyed watching all that while I was w
eating that delicious bowl of fresh food she’d just prepared for me.

The worst and a terrible experience I have had in the recent times. We took the kids for a free kids meal for a reward they got at school. The free meal code was on the certificate that my kids got rewarded for. Initially, the staff was okay to give me the meal but then they snatched the certificate. When I asked them to give it back, one of the staff members replied saying if she doesn’t take the certificate, people will come back “begging” for food. I felt so disrespected and rude. If I didn’t want them to take the certificate, she asked me to order online so I can retain the certificate. I tried online and there was no way to enter a code.
Firstly, the staff or anyone has NO right to say such rude words in front of the kids or to anyone for that matter. Secondly, they should have figured a way to invalidate the codes after single use. Thirdly, the staff or their system is not trained to know how the codes work. P
It was a reward for the kids and my kids had to hear such rude words for something that they were rewarded for.
All in all, a terrible experience at this location!!
