Ordered at 11:45 a.m. for 5:15 p.m. delivery was an hour late, pizza was ice cold and order was wrong.. highly disappointed and pissed off. They cannot even answer their phone... 3 hous trying to call...

Do not order from this location. I ordered two large custom topping pizzas for a total of $62.96 after tip and fees and received one cold medium pepperoni pizza. After an hour and a half of trying to reach customer service they refused to give a refund because they could not access past orders.

This is the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. I was told by Jordan Murray we had a free pizza due to the horrible service but when I call the manager line no one answers then when I call to place a order to see if they can see my account they can’t and they want to transfer me to the manager’s line that doesn’t answer. I will never recommend this papa John’s to anyone.

Well, does anyone know what customer service is????? I showed up 5 minutes after I was told my pizza was ready, sat inside for 15 minutes without any employee asking for my name or who the order was for. After I spoke up and asked about my order, they shuffled around another 5 minutes and tried to hide the fact that my pizza was sitting there ready the entire time I was inside the store. Needless to say, I don't appreciate wasting my time because of disorganization or whatever it may be. I will not be ordering from this store again, at any cost.....just not worth it for an average, ordinary pizza. What a joke!

I ordered a pizza for delivery. After waiting for an hour with the DoorDash wait time continuously being pushed back 5-10 at a time, the order cancelled! Zero communication. Could not reach the manager. When I called to check the status it said the anticipated delivery time, but the link in the SMS said cancelled.

Jordan’s positive attitude stood out. Jordan was friendly, patient, and clearly takes pride in his work.
Not only was my food fresh and prepared quickly, but he also made sure to double-check everything so I had exactly what I needed. It’s rare these days to come across customer service that feels so genuine, but Jordan really delivered.

The best pizza restaurant I ever went too. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Edward and Hannah made sure my order was correct. Edward also went above and beyond by offering me parm cheese and crushed peppers. Which added flavor to my pizza. I highly recommend.
