0 stars if I could. Manager is just as incompetent as her staff. They need someone who is accustomed with how Americans take accountability and ownership of customer complaints. Definitely not the Papa John’s I’ve grown accustomed to.

I don’t know, the old manager that was a woman must’ve been replaced. This manager was rude and was yelling at the customers as well as employees. He was very rude and I’ve never seen anything like it. I was going to hold my tongue but he has to be reported. On top of that he was vaping in the kitchen area. I refuse to eat from here again. We need the old lady with glasses back. I can’t think of her name. But the place seem a lot different now. And to see him yell at door dashers that’s dashing for a living made me just turn around. I will not buy from here again. Also men are wearing crop tops to work now?!

The new “manager” has terrible customer service on top of that I doubt they know or care about food handling standards. I saw the “manager” give out change then immediately go work the kitchen, no gloves, no hand washing. After being told to wait 5 minutes on my order, the wings were already done, I waited for another 25, no sorry or apology just told to sit down and wait. After asking for a refund the “manager” said I gave you the refund now get out of my store.Better yet, after contacting corporate the “manager” claimed I was making rude remarks the entire time. Go to Pizza Hut, Marcos, even Little Caesar’s is better than this sorry excuse.

I feel like every time I order from here they forget some thing. Today I placed an order and it was in the making status for over an hour. Nobody answering the phones at the store. Now I have to wait for a manager to review a ticket so that I can get a refund from the order that I’m never going to get. As expensive as takeout is today, do better.

I didn't know we had a papa John near&I been staying here for 4yrs ?. This pizza taste so good ? &the wings are good too. They have deals that's what I like.Forgot to mention I also tried a Large stuffed crust on my first visit&it was delicious sorry didn't take pictures cause we ate it so quick lol.&On both visits, the order was quick?Thank you Papa John!!

I ordered boneless wings through GrubHub and I received received Tyson chicken nuggets. What happened to the wings? You guys had good products before. I'm never ordering this again. They are nasty and way over priced. Employees have always been nice.
