We ordered 'The Works' pizza and the majority of the toppings were in the middle of the pie. There was a lady making the pies that day.
No option for zero stars
This is my go to Papa John’s location. I always enjoy my order and keep coming back for more! The employees are always friendly when I come and in and my order is usually ready by the time I come to pick it up.

Watched my pizza finish baking (after 20 mins) and move to “preparing” where it sat for 30 mins before another 20 mins “on the way” before it got here completely cold. Not even a hint warm, completely stone cold congealed cheese and all. Not worth the price, wait, or calories.
Ordered a large pizza and 10 wings once I arrived to pick up my order, that said was complete my wings hadn’t been made because they didn’t receive that part of the order. I waited for the wings and once I got them and my pizza, I made it home to realize I was given the wrong pizza. I called and drove back to get the correct one and instead of making me a new pizza due to their mistake I was given the cold one that had been sitting there. Horrible service horrible food I recommend not wasting hard earned money here.

Up until last week, I've had pretty good service from PJ the last couple of years. Then, last week, and I received the wrong pizza. Hope it's not the start of a trend. Focus, guys. Focus.

First time ordering from Papa John's the pizza was okay it would have been nice if the toppings were spread around and not just in a lump in
the middle the boneless wings were good the pizza needs some work not sure if I'd order again

First impression? Not good. The front door handle was literally half-hanging off when I arrived—broken and barely attached. Honestly, that should’ve been my first clue.
I placed my order online because I was on a tight schedule. When I arrived, I was told they were remaking my pizza. No explanation, just, “We’re remaking it.” So now I’m behind schedule for something I planned ahead for.
While waiting, I watched the guy who seemed to be running the place working with my dough — with his bare hands. No gloves, no handwashing. Then I saw two other employees handle my pizza the exact same way. I stood there for 10 minutes and not one of them washed their hands even once.
I’m late, I’m aggravated, and I’m hangry. But more than that, I’m honestly disgusted. I already paid for the food, but at this point, I might give it to someone in need on my way to my next stop. After seeing how it was handled, I lost my appetite completely.
Papa John’s—this is basic food safety. If you can’t meet that, how can anyone trust what you serve?
