Pizza marked delivered at 9:32 but nothing ever came. Called the store at 9:44 and told to call back in 10 minutes if not received…called at 10:05 and stayed on hold for 20 minutes. We just want our money back. We paid $36, tipped the driver 20% and used $10 papa dough and we get nothing. Not even an answer from the store and take out hours are over now. Why ignore your mistakes instead of just give a refund? It is not that hard…give us our money back.

Ordered a pizza at 8pm, given it was a Saturday I expected it to be a bit to arrive, but not 11pm. And the pizzas were cold.When I called the store to ask what the delay was, they kept hanging up after it rang 2x.How do they stay in business with that kind of service? I received better service and hotter pizza in the mess hall while serving our country. Seriously need to do better or at least hire better staff who want to do their job.

I don't really get some of the lower reviews. Been going here for a minute now and never had a bad experience. Food is always hot and fresh. Staff is friendly and they always look they are working hard. No complaints.

After the pizza arrived over an hour, this is how it came. I kept trying to excuse the time, but then I found a hair baked into the pizza too. I took a video (it won’t let me add the video to show you) of how the hair is attached to the pizza. I lost my appetite. The whole thing appears to show that the workers don’t put much care into the food.

Completely unsanitary place. People walk in, touch the computer, go to the back to handle pizza pans, pizza cutters etc. I called them out for not washing their hands but no worries they don’t touch the food so in their eyes it is ok…cross contamination everywhere. I cancelled my order after no one spoke up from their staff about this disgusting behavior. The staff cussed back while in the presence of my elementary school daughter. Classless, disgusting and this place should be shut down. I ordered dominos from their parking instead.(Not even going into that they were late for my order and that my first online order was cancelled for their technical difficulties).
