Paradise Express Biryanis & Kebabs

I ordered a chicken Dum Biriyani through Uber Eats at 11.15 pm . Initially the delivery time mentioned was 11.55 pm since I am very near to this restaurant like 0.8 miles from the hotel . After 12.30 also I was not able to get the food when I tried to cancel uber does not allowed to cancel finally at 12.45 I saw a Uber Eats guy ready to pick up but for your surprise my food arrived at 1.15 exactly after two hours of ordering I console myself like since they made fresh biriyani they took much time but next comes the horrible part the biriyani was cold as it was in freezer and taste was literally bad . I did not even took one bite on it. Much waited food went to garbage. Seriously I recommend this guys to go to the nearby restaurant like savera or any other restaurant which make biriyani to taste learn and then cook biriyani in their hotel . Wasted almost 15 dollars on this waste biriyani . Plz avoid this place even u starve to death don’t try biriyani in it . One more lesson never ordering from Uber Eats again .

My order pick up time was 11.55 pm but I have waited for 20 mins extra. Finally taste is not good at all ( Vijayawada paneer biryani).

Honestly one of worst meals I’ve had. The food was extremely oily, flavors were off, and I ended up with an upset stomach afterward. Definitely not going back.

I tried idly and dosa, worst breakfast ever. The chutney is not good at all it feels like i am eating which was made 2 months back. And the fun part is they took 30 minutes to make it. Please don’t visit at all.

I was really disappointed with my experience here. The service was slow and unorganized — we waited far longer than expected even though the place wasn’t very busy. When the food finally arrived, it was lukewarm and lacked flavor. For the price they charge, I expected much better quality and attention to detail.

Overall, the visit felt frustrating and not worth the money. I hope they improve, but I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Placed an order on doordash at night. Order was preparing, dasher says the restaurant is closed and sends me the picture. Train your employees to turn off the doordash service at night if they are leaving early. I wasted my 2 hrs for nothing!
