Extremely Disappointed & Misleading Advertisement

We visited this restaurant solely because of the “Unlimited Pani Puri” ad they’ve been aggressively promoting all over social media. Excited, and traveling a good distance just to try it out, we made sure to arrive on time—only to be flatly denied service.

What makes it worse is that the Pani Puri station was clearly set up and running. Yet, the front receptionist unapologetically said, “We’re closed for today.” Seriously? Then why advertise and mislead customers? Why waste people’s time, energy, and gas money just to send them back with empty stomachs?

This is false marketing and completely unacceptable business practice. Restaurants that don’t respect their customers’ time and trust have no place in the food industry. A simple update online or a sign at the entrance would have prevented this disappointment. Instead, we were greeted with rudeness and zero accountability.

If this is how they treat walk-in customers, I shudder to imagine their service during peak hours or special events. Never coming back—and I urge others to think twice before falling for their marketing traps.

This is my response to the reply

Your response proves exactly why I wrote the review in the first place.

The issue was never the $8.99, as you mentioned. It was about the miscommunication, lack of transparency, and the way the situation was handled. Customers drive from far distances based on your promotions, and the minimum expectation is accurate information and basic courtesy.

If the restaurant was closed because an employee was injured, that’s completely understandable — emergencies happen. But as a business, it is your responsibility to:
• update Google hours,
• place a sign at the entrance,
• or communicate clearly when customers arrive.

Instead, we were met with rudeness and dismissiveness — and now your reply here continues the same tone.

My review was not meant to insult your business but to highlight a genuine concern so future customers don’t have the same experience. A polite and professional reply from your side would have reflected much better on the restaurant.

I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience moving forward

I went for dinner buffet they placed as special for Dussehra. The green chill chicken and ice cream was out of the box amazing other than that nothing is good and they are not topping the food in the middle until someone ask maybe it was finishing fast because of the unlimited beers and dine buffet concept. The traditional Jonna Annam and Ragi sangati was too bad. overall another restaurant with one are two good items from overall the menu

I went today it become too worst. The food they served is spoiled and the restaurant smell like bathroom they tried to mask the smell with inscence sticks. I am not sure how the food inspectors kept it open

We went to eat panipuri unlimited (till 5pm to 8pm) costs around 9$ per person

Note that they do not have
Mithi chutney and they have ragda. Decent flavour just make sure you tell them to not serve you hot ragda - it gonna burn yo tongue.

Good indian experience

Absolutely Loved It!
The Zafrani Chicken Dum Biryani was a delightful surprise! The aroma hits you first — rich saffron notes perfectly blended with the spices.

I took malai kofta curry from this place and its utter disaster. No salt, spices or anything. They just grinded sweet onions and added malai balls to it. No cooking or nothing. Trash place. I live far from this place otherwise I must have gone back and gave back their trash at their face. Atleast naan was good.

Worst customer service. We called one hour before Pani Puri closing time to confirm whether the unlimited pani puri is available, and only after they said yes, we reached there half an hour before Pani Puri closing time (8 PM), and they say it’s closed. We travelled all that distance from Frisco, for hearing a no. They should’ve just told it’s closed on the call.

I ordered fried rice and meals, and the experience was terrible. The fried rice was dripping with oil, making it almost inedible, and the meals had no vegetables or side dishes at all. For the price they charge, the quality is unacceptable. It felt like a complete waste of money, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
