Orded the p4 and the steak was very dry. I was pretty disappointed with the amount of hoisen sauce they give you. Never in my life was I given hoisen sauce in a tiny ziplock bag. Will attach photo so you are aware of what they will give you so you can make sure to ask for more if you like the sauce like I do.

I ordered veggie spring rolls and they literally just had lettuce and very few noodles? I’ve been to other places where spring rolls have perilla leaves cucumber carrot not just lettuce. Their sauce that comes with the spring rolls however was delicious!

Some of the best pho I've had I Irving. The large to-go bowl is a tad smaller than other places but still more than enough for one person. Not a ton of parking out front but friendly service inside.

Just like another reviewer said, the spring rolls had iceberg lettuce, and a lot of it and very little shrimp, and the shrimp were rubbery. The peanut sauce was like water. Speaking of water, I asked for a refill on my water when they brought my sandwich and it never happened. They were not even busy. And the owner was cleaning up a table right in front of me and still did nothing about my water. I definitely will never go back to this location.

This was my first time at the restaurant. I’d pass by the location a few times and decide to try today. I ordered the shrimp spring rolls and the teriyaki chicken with rice. For both items I spent about $19 and EVERYTHING was bland. The spring rolls had iceberg lettuce, and packaged small shrimp, the kind that she would get from Walmart. The shrimp was not seasoned and iceberg and Lettuce was turning bad. I tried it with the peanut sauce, and it was just watery with no flavor. The teriyaki chicken and rice was also very bland. There was noticeably very little teriyaki sauce on the chicken. It looks as though the chicken was cooked earlier in the day and they tossed it in teriyaki sauce. Overall, it was not what I expected for the price point and needless to say the reviews on the PhoLooks stellar, but everything else on the menu is a miss.-Not a returning customer

We stopped by on our way to the airport, as we were craving some pho. This is a small restaurant in its own small building, next to a strip and some pawn/gun shops. We went on a Friday afternoon, and there was only one worker, so he seemed pretty frustrated and stressed, although the place was empty when we visited. We got the shrimp spring rolls to start, along with beef combination pho (P7 on menu) and cafe du sa (sweet coffee, Vietnamese style). They do not offer avocado smoothie, so I wanted the matcha milk tea, but the worker said that they only had smoothies, so I went with the coffee. The spring rolls came almost immediately after we ordered - they were pre-made and refrigerated in plastic wrap, as the rolls were still chilled when they arrived at our table. The pho came next - there are 2 sizes of pho for most of the bowls on the menu, but the beef combo one comes in one size only for ~$12 per bowl. The pho came out maybe 5 minutes after the rolls. The pho was mediocre at best - we've had better ones around the Irving area. To start, the broth was pretty good - bold flavors. But we were disappointed with the pieces of meat in it. It didn't have the cartilaginous tripe pieces, and the flank pieces were sliced too thickly. There was also a lot more meatball pieces than other pieces of meat, in a disproportionate manner. The worker did give us 2 dishes of the veggie toppings (bean sprouts, basil, lime, jalapeno), which we appreciated. The iced coffee came out about 5 minutes after the pho bowls arrived. It was clear to me that they used premade coffee and mixed with condensed milk/sugar, as it had a thicker consistency. Properly made coffee would be home-brewed and chilled before serving. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place if you are a pho purist, as there are several points of disappointment. However, if you are a fan of small business, this is definitely one!

Came here the other day and, customer service was bad. Didn't check up on me, or ask for refills. The lady was rude to me as well. I felt like walking out as she was talking my order.

I found this place on yelp and, was excited to try something new but, the staff here was rude to me. Felt like walking out without my food.

DON’T EAT HERE!!!If I could give them 0 stars I would. I got the shrimp fried rice and seafood fried noodles and two spring rolls. The food tasted old. The shrimp was rubbery and tasted like it had freezer burn. The rice was plain and shrimp was gross. The fried noodles were flavorless and soupy. They only used lettuce in the spring rolls with 3 pieces of rubbery shrimp. Very disappointed. With that being said I wasted $37!!!

Surprised this place only has 2 reviews. This has been a staple for my work crew for many years. Delicious Pho, great service and friendly owners. Highly recommend!

Finally a pho place near by! Simple menu and their food is delicious! I ordered the steak, flank, and brisket pho noodle soup. The brisket just melts in your mouth! For my choice of drinks I ordered mango green tea, peach green tea, and strawberry green tea which the fresh fruits taste amazing!
