This pho location is very nice and open. We got both the pho dac biet and the bun thit nuong cha gio (pork over rice vermicelli, with eggroll).Pho Dac BietPros:Broth is very flavorful. You don't need to put hoison sauce or Sriracha, but you can if you like. The sauces made the broth taste even nicer. Veggies are fresh, and the meat is tender.Cons:N/ABun Thit Nuong Cha GioPros:Veggies are fresh, and the fish sauce that you add is not too overwhelming. The fish sauce isn't too fishy, so it has a nice balance of flavors. Vermicelli is thin, and pork has flavor. Eggroll is crunchy.Cons:The pork pieces are cut thin, so there's a lack of char on the meat. I would prefer thicker pieces with a little bit of char. Eggroll has nice flavor, but it's not the most traditional. I like the shorter eggrolls that are a bit fatter. This eggroll was long and thin.Overall, it's a great pho shop. We would definitely come back for the pho any day!

This is the best place to get pho in Irving! I had the shrimp spring rolls as an appetizer and for lunch I got a large bowl of the spicy round steak rice noodle soup, it was delicious, the spice level was just right for me and the large bowl is more than enough food, if your appetite isn’t as large, the small bowl is the perfect amount. Highly recommend you check this place out! The environment is very nice and clean, depending on the time and day it might be busy or you might have the whole place to yourself, it’s not too fancy either, great family environment.

I ordered a rice bowl for to-go and I wish I could give them a zero star. I am certain the rice went bad. They used leftover rice from days ago 110%. The rice stinks so much that I spit out from the first bite and the meat quantity was not acceptable. I have no clue how they maintain their restaurant business with this poor quality. DISGUSTING.I should have recognized this restaurant when I entered and smelled yucky.

They delivered RAW steak in my pho. Blood all over the noodles in the box. I called to report and the lady taking my call said I needed to tell them to cook it!!!! Paid extra for Uber. Blood leaked all over noodles. When I asked for refund told no service nice I didn't ask to have the meat cooked. Stay away. I could have made myself sick on this.
