This Pizza Hut using door dash is horrible always got missing items and either the employee or door dash ppl can’t speak or read English to make sure they got all items but want a tip or we still get charged than u call store and they leave u on hold for 10 mins

Delivery is using doordash now. There's a $5 delivery fee and none of it goes to the driver. They also did some silly pin number to accept the delivery. Why? Its a pizza, just take it to the place. Expensive and painful experience.

The food was super good but today the service was terrible. The truth is that if you prefer them it is because of their excellent food because there are many more places but the truth is that it is not your fault that they do not know how to serve you properly.

Ordered wings, melt and soda for delivery. The wings did not have any lemon pepper seasoning on them. My meat lovers melt was so hard I could not chew it. And I never received my soda. When I called there was nothing they could do to help me. Will not order again. I will also suggest to my coworkers if they not order again either.
This location is usually good if your order is for carry out. If it’s for delivery expect to wait at least 30-40 minutes MORE the time scheduled to arrived. My pizza arrived cold and soggy. I also got cajun fries and only received what appeared to be less than half the order.

I ordered pizza from this store. They missed a pizza and it was free due to rewards and Richard the manager said ok we'll make it and send well for first time ever they sent it through door dash with a printed receipt that said I owed 23.00 which is wrong. I'm tired of this store always messing up.

First order was 100% wrong, instead of the 2 pizzas I ordered, they made 1 1/2 n 1/2 pizza. Asked if we wanted it remade into two..Really? Then they messed the second order up with worng sauce and my daughter didnt see it till we got home, she doesnt like red sauce so wouldnt eat it. On top of all that, we ordered at 4:50 (before any rush) it was supposed to be ready first time by 5:10...wasnt then the mess up and it was 6PM before she left...total mess, pretty much ruined our dinner. The "ready tracker" also said it was ready and it wasnt when she went in to get it

Kid-friendliness: NA just had to click a box to proceed (thats stupid)
