This Pizza Hut using door dash is horrible always got missing items and either the employee or door dash ppl can’t speak or read English to make sure they got all items but want a tip or we still get charged than u call store and they leave u on hold for 10 mins

Delivery is using doordash now. There's a $5 delivery fee and none of it goes to the driver. They also did some silly pin number to accept the delivery. Why? Its a pizza, just take it to the place. Expensive and painful experience.

The food was super good but today the service was terrible. The truth is that if you prefer them it is because of their excellent food because there are many more places but the truth is that it is not your fault that they do not know how to serve you properly.

Ordered wings, melt and soda for delivery. The wings did not have any lemon pepper seasoning on them. My meat lovers melt was so hard I could not chew it. And I never received my soda. When I called there was nothing they could do to help me. Will not order again. I will also suggest to my coworkers if they not order again either.
