This is the second time in a while I have ordered from this location trying to give them another chance because they are only 3 mins from me....and it was a MISTAKE the so called NY Giant pizza was disgusting like it was made with cardboard dough from where I don't know. It was not hot, had absolutely no flavor and I'm not even sure the cheese was real. The good news is the young lady to whom I made my complaint gave me the option to remake, credit or refund. I chose refund. The last time this happened I chose a credit...no more. I do want to say the person who delivered what was supposed to be my pizza was so sweet and kind I enjoyed interacting with this delivery driver.

I worked at this Pizza Hut for a short time and I have to tell you, they are working their butts off to give good service. Although they were short staffed drivers, they made sure that everything was well prepped and cleaned and the food was cooked properly and good sanitation. Leslie the manager is a really cool lady and the staff is hard working and good people. The food was good and satisfactory based on the competition in the area. Remember that Pizza Hut smalll chain is similar to the old dine in experience but at the same time you were dining in and pizza was super fresh. My only suggestion is that the patrons be more specific, in directions, to door dash drivers and uber drivers. A lot of them are new to delivering. Thanks

Doordash and Uber eats delivery is bad for business. Guarantee it'll be cold or they helped themselves. I'd like to take my tip back but I can't since I ordered through y'all. Doesn't matter how much effort y'all put in at the store. Cold pizza is bad pizza.
They are always super busy and very slow. Expect a long wait. Even when ordering ahead. But the food is always good and fresh.

Would give negative stars if possible. Always get orders wrong, you call to have them correct it and end up on hold for over an hour just to get attitude and have them hang up on you. The whole crew needs to be fired!
