I ordered a well done pizza and they did a great job. I ordered a well done pizza at a later date and it did not look like it was cooked any longer than a normal pizza. I called and let them know of the difference. The person I spoke to said they don't always make well done pizzas because it may burn the pizza. I thought that was B's but whatever and They offered me a $7 discount and I accepted. I called to get the discount today and was told that I don't have one under my phone number. Fast food sucks in general and this is an example of fast food sucking. My bad haha

I have been ordering curbside pick at this location for the past 3 years. But lately, as in these past 2 months, their service has been terrible. They take forever to bring the pizza out. Even after I check in through the app. I still have to call them. I complained about an refund for a cold pizza. The following time I ordered, I got a receipt that said, “MANAGER ALERT”. As if they put me on a blacklist. That does not make me comfortable ordering from there at all. Do better Pizza Hut!

If I could give less than a star then I would but just so y'all are aware I went to this pizza hut a couple of weeks ago and I noticed the employees do not follow food safety guidelines at all hell they don't even wear gloves it was a rude awakening because this pizza hut use to be awesome anyway the employees were making food n touching trash cans moving them out the way and failed to wash their hands cross contamination should be taught to these people I will not go to this pizza hut again it's disgusting ?

My order was correct, hot and fresh, but HOWEVER, I do not think I would order from this location ever again!! There was an employee that was in the process of making a pizza, basically putting toppings on it, and I watched him as he left the pizza, PUT HIS BARE HANDS ON THE TRASH CAN & DID NOT WASH HIS HANDS AFTER NOR HAD GLOVES ON BUT HE WENT BACK TO DEALING WITH PUTTING TOPPINGS ON THE PIZZA!! SO UNSANITARY AND POTENTIAL CROSS CONTAMINATION OR FOOD POISONING!!! I WILL NEVER RETURN!!!!
