This is insane , I’ve been living down the street and this was my first time ordering from this place. Definitely will be the last, with the short experience I had its obvious the employees dont care. I’’m hoping this is not a Corporate location. I have been working in retail customer service for 26 years. I got off of work and placed a pick up order and requested to pay in store. I’m glad I did because it was easy for me to walk in, not even be acknowledged by the young employee standing right in front of the door prepping the orders. I thought he was the only one there but then noticed on the side of my eye someone peek from the right side and still wasnt acknowledged. The employee did not have gloves on , which I was under the impression that they did. Then he walked towards me which I thought the right thing to do was to greet me and he still didnt ! Then he appeared to be chewing on an object that from my point of view looked like a dental floss or something similar. So I just walked out and I hope whoever ate the hut box , enjoyed it. I miss the Pizza hut they delivered in the 90s , I’ll just still to Dominoes.

Ordered Vitos down the road. It was ready in 15 minutes. Ha!

Order took almost 50 min, and they forgot to give me my chocolate chip cookie. I had to drive back to the store to let them know to receive a refund. By the time we ate one of my Pizzas was bit cold. No the best experience for being a 1st time customer of Pizza Hut.
Ordered online, went to pick up my order at 11:15 and the store is locked and dark, no one there. Called the phone number and got a call center.
