Giving 5 stars just for the lady who did not compromise on the quality of the pizza and rather made it over again instead of giving a pizza she was not satisfied with. I just picked up a 3-topping pizza for my kid's school thanksgiving party, and was impressed with the great work ethic of this lady, not compromising her standard of quality. A rare thing in today's world. I was not particularly impressed with this place earlier but will return due to this experience.

Tonight was the 1st and will be the last time I order from here. Tried to save money and order from here instead of Dominos and I literally just out 26.00 worth of pizza and cinnamon sticks in the trash. The pizza crust was burned and the Italian sausage and beef were cooked hard like rocks. The cinnamon sticks were so dark and cooked so hard you could not bite them. This was the worse pizza and dessert ever. It’s awful to make and delivery this garbage to people. I am done with this place never again

I ordered 20 large pan pizzas for my daughter’s birthday, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The pizzas arrived right on time and piping hot. I had very specific instructions for how I wanted them cut—some square-cut, some double-sliced, and some just the regular way—and this location absolutely nailed it. Everything was exactly as I asked.
The whole process ran like a well-oiled machine, from placing the order to delivery. A big thank-you to the team at Pizza Hut for a job well done, and especially to the lady who took my order. I wish I could remember her name because she was fantastic!

I just moved to the area about a month ago, and the first time and only time I've eaten here I thought I was getting a certain amount of things with my order (family dinner box) according to the call center confirming. however after getting back home with my food I realized I did not get everything no worries though without argument and hassle Oralia & Angel, the GM, made the entire order again for my family. I was literally the last customer when I called them at the last minute for the replacement order, and still no arguments or hassle!! 🤩🤩 They're true rock stars with class at this establishment, serving up perfectly prepared food with exceptional 5 star service!!

I ordered a Supreme with extra cheese for carry out. Angel was great with prompt service. I got home to find I basically paid $25 for an onion and green pepper pizza with barely a trace of meat nor cheese. I ate a slice or 2 and threw it away. First time here.

Update (7 years later): tried this place after MANY years, and was pleasantly surprised by the food and service. We may just have to put Pizza Hut back in the rotation!
The pizza is as expected, but the deals they advertise somehow never seem to materialize. Going to shift to Papa Johns and Dominoes... and iFratelli And for having like 10 people working in the store, you would think they wouldnt need to hang up on me when I first called. Finally, I am sure the trash bags need to be full before being replaced, but one of the workers pushing down the trash with his hands, before promptly returning to other duties around the store without washing his hands,, had a way of eliminating my appetite.

I have to take the time to leave a review for Angel. She goes the extra mile and is patient and understanding. For sure the reason for a smile on everyone’s face! Makes great pizza too!
Ordered veggie lovers and spicy but the pie is bland and tasteless. Service team is very courteous and received everyone with smile.

Very impressed! This is by far the best Pizza Hut food I've had since I was a kid...you know back when Pizza Hut was the $h1t! - I ordered a personal supreme, bone-in wings and mini apple pies and I "lie to you not" it was all hot and delicious 😋. Don't get me wrong it's surely not gourmet dining (but who's expecting that these days from Pizza Hut?). The food quality did however make me feel better about the $30 bill Lol...Delivery was also very quick.
