Pizza Patrón Belt Line Road

Gave my pizza to a person posing as an Uber driver and made me contact Uber to get a refund instead of remaking the food for the actual driver to pick up. 4 Uber drivers had to cancel before I even knew they robbed me. Poor customer service is a understatement

If I could not give them any stars, I would not give them the worst service. I ordered 2 pizzas by phone. First they told me that 15 minutes later I got to the store and to call the wrong number. I checked my cell phone and it was the correct number. Then the cashier told me that Yes, but they only have one, I have to wait 15 more minutes for another horrible pizza, bad service, don't come eat or buy anything here.

Always good and reasonably priced. Seems to be the only pizza place near us that can consistently get orders out correct and on time. Wish they delivered themselves instead of using door dash, but it's worth it to go pick it up knowing everything will be correct.

The pizza was well priced and tasted great. We ordered a simple pepperoni pizza with green peppers. It was only $10.86 for a 14" pie after tax. You can't really beat that nowadays.

Amazing! Everything about Pizza Patron is amazing! I’ve tried other pizza places but it doesn’t compare to the fresh, ethnic taste of a fresh pizza made in front of you. I’ve been going here for years now! The service is relatively fast for people making fresh pizzas, and the atmosphere was nothing but pleasant. I was here years before the new renovations and I loved it before and after the renovations. I genuinely don’t think I’ll ever go to a different pizza place because of how I’ve been exposed to how good pizza COULD be at pizza patron, please never stop selling! ??

I have been purchasing Pizza Patron pizza for years. I will no longer be ordering from this location !! I ordered a pizza online for pickup. I went to pick up the pizza, and the box was soggy and the pizza was cold. When I told the girl who handed me the pizza, she didn't seem to care. Wouldn't give me my receipt, Wouldn't tell me the managers name, when the manager would be in or provide her name... instead she said I can't tell you that to each question asked with a very snarky tone. Quite unacceptable!!

I've been coming here for years. I love the new updates they're doing. The customer service has always been friendly & the pizza is excellent! We love the spinach alfredo. Yesterday we ordered the cheesy bread and it was delicioso! ?

I've eaten at Patron food is good but yesterday I order online received confirmation of my delivery with the address and they sent my food to the wrong address common sense is to call if your system didn't show a street name they called me tried to blame me and say we would see if anyone can deliver I said you know what just refund they said we already started the order at 710 they call me saying no one wants to deliver im getting a refund 2 hours I waited for no food . Never again the way they couldn't take accountability had me wait for nothing horrible service never had delivery issues like this before.
