I've been going to Good Day Cafe since I was a kid at their Grand Prairie location, and they have NEVER ONCE disappointed! The Irving location is just as good. Staff is always so warm and welcoming, the food is 10/10, and their pricing for homestyle breakfast is unmatched. They truly care about their restaurants and it shows. Highly recommend.

First time guest at the Good Day Cafe, I was impressed qith the decor, very down home and southerny. If southerny can be said. The service was good. The food was great, I had the Belgian Waffle and a skillet of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and potatoes. Coffee was also great. I confidently recommend this place and kudos to the manager and owner.

From the moment you walk in. You see the missing man table as well as Purple Heart sign hanging.
Our waitress was extremely friendly and helpful with the menu.
A must order is the cafe de olla. You won’t be disappointed.
The biscuit is fluffy and moist. Top with gray and you match made in heaven lol

this place is insanely over-the-top excellent food. I had the chicken fried steak and eggs. If you love chicken fried steak you’re gonna absolutely put this on your bucket list number one! service is over the top as good as the food, A great place - I got in no problem on a Friday afternoon I’d imagine you have to expect a wait. This place is so good.

Food is absolutely incredible, no matter if you decide on enchiladas or an omelet. Not only is the food delicious, the service given by Kaylee truly elevates the entire dining experience, and I’m not just saying that because she’s my sister. You can tell the entire staff takes pride in what they do, and that positive energy is contagious. 10/10 recommend!
