This is the first time I’ve had this experience. The staff was really rude. Didn’t help me at all. One lady tried to help me, but then she walked away and left me just standing there. I’m standing and waiting on to be help so I can get my food and it was just no respect so I left and I gave my money to Brahms

So I went through the drive through and the lady didn’t Speak English. I had to ask for someone to speak English. Then when I get to the Window, my order is up being $76 instead of 53. Apparently they charged me for the guy behind me because that Hispanic Lady that wouldn’t speak English gets back on the mic and continues to make me pay for the guy behind these order so then they had to give me cash back and then the lady who hands me. The cash was $2 short. They charged me the tax and didn’t refund me the tax. Then they also forgot the damn corn tortillas, rice or chorro beans. The person who hands me the food is the same one who doesn’t speak English telling me something in Spanish. I called to ask about the money because I knew it was short. The girl who speaks English kept my receipt. So I had nothing to reference. I go here quite a bit and this was a really crappy experience. They charge a lot for their food to not give everything I paid for.

This time I ordered inside, Luis took my order and was very nice and attentive and had a smile on his face. He was making sure the line was moving and orders were taken. Meal was delicious as always!
