Haven't been to this chain but one before. The woman behind the counter took a complex order for a 6 to go, and helped us work through the menu. The food came out fast AND CORRECT! really good food for a chicken fast food place. We will be going back.
They service was great and was easy to order. Would definitely go here again the food was fresh.

Do not go to this Popeyes the employees are rude and dismissive. I had an online order and they said no you don’t. I showed them my phone and she the manager proceeded to dig in the trash and pull out my crumpled receipt. I said yep that’s it. Then they made my order! Never said hello, how I can help you, or even a simple THANK YOU?! This is the WORST RESTAURANT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. I guess I will drive to beltline and go to that Popeyes which angers me since this one on Irving Blvd is much closer for me. But I would rather drive and be respected as a customer.
AVOID THIS LOACTION!!!! SAVE LIFE!!I went in the store at 9:30pm ish I saw one lady splashing soap in the kitchen to clean the floor while they are serving the food I literally saw soap dropping in the food sitting on the warm counter which they gonna serve and I didn't see any of there employee care or concern about that! What is wrong with all this people? Then one lady came to the front after waiting for 5 mins even though there was no customer at the moment and her faced looked like she is upset cause I am here to order some food and she was rude! I hope this kind of people will disappears from this world and then we can have a good planet to live cause they are just putting soap on your food which might going to eat your most loving kid or the love one and just think how dangerous is that. Shut down this restaurant!!!

The frying oil burnt taste was on all the food we purchased. I do not think this location maintains all the food health standards like other location does. The food was absolutely disgusting and making me and my friend sick in couple of hours. I tried to call location multiple times before writing this review but no luck with them picking up the phone.Hope someone in management does something about this matter.I like Popeyes a lot and I have also been here before but the experience today was the worst one compared to any Popeyes I have been before.Thank you

Horrible experience tonight. Three cars in line and wait was 30 min. No ice for drinks, spent $42 just to get home and have a sandwich missing from my order. Call store, no answer. Not gonna drive 15 min back to store for a sandwich, but horrible service will cause you to lose more customers, than just me and my family. People, CHECK your orders before you leave THIS STORE no matter how long the line is behind you. This store obviously has no quality control in place to prevent a customer from not getting the food items they purchased. Upper level management, please reach out!!!
