Omg!!! Popeyes has been hiding their flounder sandwich!! This is hands down the best fish sandwich I've had from fast food concepts. Give it a try. Everything at this location is always hot and fresh.

Man how times have changed you used to could get a whole combo meal for $5.99 now everything is 1399 to 1599 for a combo meal this is just ridiculous

My order was delivered and missing red beans and rice and sauce for my tenders. I have been calling but their phone is busy as if the phone is off the hook. My fries tasted old and lukewarm . Don't order for delivery 😒

Mabelin has awful customer service and no awareness of her job. Someone else had to leave their station to assist me at the window because Mabelin refused to help and make rude gestures to a customer at the window. Her attitude and appearance is a bad look for the chain and someone i wouldn’t want to work with or interact with at all. Until she is gone I won’t be back to Popeyes.

I reached out to management: Jessica who may or may not be management responded. This is what I sent.
On Wednesday evening approximately 6:40 pm I placed an order for 12 tenders for $10. I picked up the order around 6:47pm. While picking up the order I purchased some sides biscuits; fries, red beans and rice, etc. spent another $17. I came home and provided dinner to my family when I ate the strips
It was the worst taste I had ever had. I tasted old and stale like it had been sitting out for days and it was like warm! The red beans and rice was disgusting as well. I looked up the number and began to call. The phone rang and rang and rang. This went on for an hour. I called a near by location and spoke with the manager, I believe Paul was his name, over at the belt line location. He informed me that is strange no one is answering. He told me to take the food up there and the could issue me a refund. It was pouring down sheets of rain but I made the journey back up there and waited through the drive thru and spoke with Ann who called her manager who than called her manager and said they could cook me some more food but was not able to re issue me a refund. Mind you Ann has the food and the receipts. I call Paul who informed her that she is able to do that and that is not good customer service. I am so dissatisfied and disappointed in this experience. I have been a faith ful customer since I moved here from Nee Orleans were the Popeyes is 100x better and better people skills are Han this particular restaurant. Anna ‘s managers name are as follows: mind you Anna had to call them on their cell phone from her cell phone since the land line phone line was not working. Thank you for reaching out to me. This is very uncustomary tor me to write this. My experience was so terrible I believe everyone should be made aware. Once again thank Hank you Jessica,
