The guy in the front today was very respectful have very customer service and he also had my order handed to me in less than 5 minutes . This Popeyes is a store that I will be visiting not because of how it looks but based on what the employees show ,also this has been a blessing eating there and I hope soon to come back…

I walk in there with a $20 bill and the Hispanic lady is gonna take 2 mins to examine to see if it’s. She takes it to the back to have somebody else check it out. Only black in there why was my money to only one examines I felt very offensive not where I want to do business and I love me some Popeyes chickenI’m down and went back in decide to order my chicken because I didn’t wanna drive to another place. She was still rude to me as I watch her do other customers she threw my chicken in the box she threw my bag on the counter to put my money on the counter, and no matter how I might’ve walked out and didn’t like her first service. She should never treat her customers like that, it is store number 14017 and the employee is Maria E
went through drive thru asked for what i wanted did not recieve my side TOTALLY DIFFERENT from what i ordered asked for regular tenders got spicy asked for dr pepper got coke terrible service for the lady at the window went inside said i didnt recieve my side and she mean mugged me dont get a job if you cant do it right.

I am a senior citizen and a veteran who needs a cane to get around. I walked a half a mile in the cold to get to this restaurant and arrived at 9 pm. The doors were locked even though the posted hours said that they were open until 10 pm and the neon sign in the window indicated they were open. I banged on the door until the people inside noticed me. I pointed to my watch, then at the posted hours. They laughed at me and then turned away. I will never spend another dime at one of these restaurants again.

They forgot my bacon and cheese and gave me the wrong sauce. I've had issues with this location multiple times, if order accuracy is important to you, eat somewhere else.

Kids weren't crazy about their meal . Also they don't label the burgers. Don't know who gets what until one opens it.

I place a 12 PC family order with mashed potatoes and red beans with rice. I got home and it was chicken tenders Cole shaw,red beans and rice. If I didn't live 15 miles away I would drive back and throw this s to them. Check your order before your drive off.
