By far my worst experience at a Potbelly. My cookie wasn’t done; it was basically cookie dough, the milkshake I ordered was terrible; I couldn’t finish it, it was so bad. And the bathroom was completely trashed smh I won’t be back.

My son ordered lunch through DoorDash from Potbelly on Beltline Rd.. 1. This is a small salad that they charged 12.99 for. It's the size of a child's cereal bowl. 2. The avacado is black and brown and the 3 cucumber slices are wilted. 3 day old salad!!! ???
