Hey I love it here, but several times I’ve driven out here and they have been closed at the most random times, and I drive in from DALLAS!I just want my goat stew and maybe a gift card for all the gas I’ve wasted ?? .Thank you.

Ate nyama choma today in the restaurant. Loads of fat! Then called for the Chef a young lad asked him if he could do something about my take away order? The first thing he told me was „even me I have some fats as you see me!“ I thought this is just some small talk! See my take away order in pic below! Just called the young chef soo rude! The place dope but empty! Explains everything! Not Going back Again!!!!

This is a great place with a great atmosphere and the food is awesome. If you all about authentic, you will get great authentic Kenyan food here.Fridays and weekends make for a great hangout spot too. It's a vibe.

I am EDITING!!!!my post because my husband went and got new order, the sausages were well cooked this time and we opted for goat stew , I still stand with my post though this should never happen.Do not go and eat here, I told my husband to bring me kuku choma and it is fried chicken overcooked and soo hard I couldn’t eat it and sausages were black burnt I have pictures to prove, and yes we will return it hopefully we get our money back horrible place and they overcharge you.I need my money back how could you give someone burnt sausages for real if we weren’t far we would return the food now but we can’t since we are far. I need my money back for sure. also the owner doesn’t respond to bad reviews only responds to good ones

It is a nice place to go and relax after work, especially the outside bar
The food was great but the services were so poor.
The food and hospitality was amazing! The only I did not like was how gross the bathroom was. There was an massive amount of gnats flying around the urinals.I'm still going back. I want to try the entire menu.
Everything was made fresh and delicious, which is why you should be ready for a bit of a wait on the food. I promise it's worth it.

Very homy. A taste of home. I still can't believe they nailed the flavor. Chips nyama
Stopped by this wonderful kenyan restaurant located in Irving - Dallas area. Food was amazing . We ate mbuzi choma and ugali kachumbari cabbage and also matumbo. Everything was yummy .
Goat stew a was amazing. Chapati and cabbage were okay, I feel like homemade is better. At first glance portions seemed small compared to the price, but ate it all and was not hungry when I left. We went in the afternoon and the music was super loud, so if we go again will probably order out.
! The food's great, loved the chips nyama, nyama choma!! I'll definitely come back
Definitely not what I expected! African Food is definitely a different Taste than Caribbean!! ??♂️ I ordered Goat Soup and it tasted like and old Goat ? in a soup. My taste and Expectations were really off on this one. So I politely paid the Bill and Found the Closest Jamaican Food Restaurant! ??♂️
