Thali was good but their service was not great according to the pricing of thali. We ran out of food several times and they failed to serve it when needed. I felt like I paid too much but did not get a great service of getting food served when I had run out of it. I am never going to eat here now.

We have been there few times, but today manager/cashier who I saw there first time , was very rude and worst customer service. Food was terrible which I ended up throwing in trash. Rajula need to give franchising to ethical people

They are having live roti but they are not providing as cook doesn't want to make live roti. If they don't want to do live roti they should not provide that service and remove the banner.

Bad experience here, I couldn’t even bite the kachori as it was so hard. Pathetic experience, over priced place, bad food. I won’t recommend this place to anyone.

I recently visited this place and felt prices are extremely high for the quantity and quality of food provided.I bought roti packet, and the size was very small. Considering the small portion, the price was outrageously expensive. Additionally, I had pani puri, which was also extremely overpriced. The taste was not at all refreshing.Overall, I felt that the food did not justify the high prices, and I do not recommend this place.
