One plate. Sweet and sour mashed potato sandwich Gujarati and Mumbai style a mixture of boiled golden and sweet potatoes, pomegranate seeds, roasted peanuts, red onions, shredded coconut, green chili, garlic, and tamarind chutney. Stuffed between a buttered pav bread. Can be made without onion and no garlic upon request.

Pav Bhaji

One plate. Potato-based curry served with a bun buttered pav bread. Thick potato-based curry, tomatoes, grilled onions, peas, cauliflower, cabbage, eggplants, and bell peppers. With a side of diced red onions and a lemon wedge.

Vada Pav

One plate. Stuffed potato patties sandwich in two pieces. Potatoes, onions, garlic, and green chilies, are formed into round balls and dipped in a herb-seasoned batter of gram flour, and then deep fried. Smashed and served on a buttered pav bun with three chutneys tamarind, green, and dry garlic chutney.

Samosa Chaat

One samosa, chickpea stew, yogurt, and chutney. Chickpeas, onions, ginger, garlic, chole masala, fresh tomato puree, served with a samosa, with green chili and tamarind chutney, and a side of plain yogurt.

Kachori Chaat

Stuffed crispy puffed balls. Fresh tomato puree, with green chili and tamarind chutney, and a side of plain yogurt.

Aloo Tikki Chaat

Two mashed potato patties mixed with various herbs. Potatoes, chole masala, onions, tomatoes, yogurt, cilantro, three chutneys tamarind, green, garlic, and topped with sev.

Bhel Puri

A mixture of puffed rice and chickpea noodles. Puffed rice, (sev) chickpea noodles, tomatoes, chickpeas, diced mango, onions, and cilantro, with green, garlic, and tamarind chutneys served in a bowl.

Vada Chaat

Two-piece aloo vada, chole, yogurt, and chutney. A chaat with two aloo vada, onions, ginger, garlic, chole masala, three signature chutneys, sev, crushed papdi puri, diced tomatoes, onions, and cilantro with a dollop of yogurt.

Samosa Sandwich

One plate. A buttered pav bread bun stuffed with a smashed samosa, our three signature chutneys (green, sweet, and garlic), masala peanuts, sev crispy chickpea noodles diced tomatoes, onions, and cilantro.

A gujarati-style stir-fry recipe of soaked sabudana tapioca pearls, ginger, chopped green chilies, turmeric, cumin seeds, spices, diced boiled potatoes, curry leaves, and masala peanuts. Served with raita yogurt. Great to enjoy anytime or for updates fasting. Contains no onion and no garlic.

A bold and aromatic rice dish of extra-long-grain basmati rice, red and green bell peppers, carrots, peas, cauliflower, green beans, onions, garlic, ginger, homemade ghee clarified butter, and a variety of warm spices (whole mace, cardamom pods, star anise, bay leaves, cinnamon, turmeric, black pepper, and biryani masala). Served with raita yogurt.

Khaman Dhokla ( 1 lb )

A Gujarati steamed savory cake dish. Chana dal split chickpea lentils is soaked overnight, fermented with yogurt, and made into a batter. It is then steamed in round dishes, cut into square or diamond shapes, and drizzled with a tempering of mustard seeds, green chilies, and canola oil. Garnished with shredded coconut and cilantro. Served with green mint and chilies and sweet tamarind chutney. Contains no onion and no garlic.

Roti (10 pcs)

Vegan. Unleavened whole wheat bread. Phulka roti is a traditional bread of western India, similar to a tortilla, that accompanies a variety of curries. First, a mixture of whole wheat flour and a little canola oil is made into a dough. Then this mixture is made into dough balls, rolled out with a bit of all-purpose flour, and placed on an iron Tawa. After the roti disc cooks for a few seconds on each side, it is taken off the Tawa and directly onto the gas flame. The roti puffs up into a ball and flattens after. Enjoy the softness and freshness.

Methi Paratha (6 pcs)

Vegan methi paratha. Methi paratha is made with whole wheat dough, fresh and kasoori methi (fenugreek leaves), red chili powder, turmeric, and spices, thicker than a roti with a hint of crispness, cooked on an iron tawa with some canola oil. Contains no onion and no garlic.

Rajwadi is my go to place if I want a homely meal.
They are simply outstanding in many ways. They use simple ingredients focus on the quality of food. The service is quick and precise.
All the dishes are made to order, they never leave you unsatisfied.
I love their thalis, fresh rotis, pakoras and all the curries.
I would always recommend anyone who wants to have chaat or a good meal

Vegetarian options: I highly recommend this restaurant. Good service and very yummy food. Their chats are too good. The owner of the supermarket is very humble and friendly and the people who work there too.
