I called ahead to make sure they had enough crawfish and was told that they had more than enough for me to get there and order.... 30 minutes later I'm told that I was lucky to get there when I did because they were running out... 15 minutes later they come back and say never mind we're out... And this is even after I ordered and was told that they had enough... So my table got zero crawfish...The other problem is that I told them twice (once before my meal, and once during my meal) that it was my son's birthday and they failed to visit the table and offer a complimentary dessert, or even respectfully say happy birthday to my child.We left and I was pretty disgusted by the entire experience...I had to wait on one of the people in my party to leave the bathroom for us all to leave, and that's when the manager came up to me and said he was sorry and offered a free pie to go, but by then everyone was already in the car and ready to go... Too little, too late.1. Don't tell an entire table that you have food that you don't have... Especially if you called ahead and was told that there was more than enough.2. When someone secretly gets up from their table to go tell the hostess on two different occasions that there is a birthday boy at the table, at least have the decency to come to the table and tell him happy birthday... At no point did we ask for anything for free, or even a giant song and dance by everyone in the kitchen; however making him feel special wasn't all that hard to do, now was it???Shame on you razzoo's.... This is the experience that I have with your establishment... It's this experience that I will think of every time I pass one on the highway.... Therefore I will always have the reminder that you did our table wrong and will choose to go elsewhere when craving Cajun food... Another once great establishment bit the dust... Time to repurpose the razzoo's restaurant buildings into something more accommodating and pleasant...like office buildings for root canals.3. Oh yeah, I almost forgot.... I had the Gator tail and it was absolutely 100% terrible... It was tiny little balls like 1/2 the size of popcorn shrimp... It used to be in medium sized strips, and they were delicious... But now it felt like I was eating crumbs left over in the bottom of a Long John silver's box.... And the rat toes had a disgusting filling, not what they used to have which had seafood chunks in it... It was just an overall terrible experience and not worth the money we paid... Everyone should seriously go elsewhere....What a shame Razzoo's... The Good feelings that I used to have for you guys is definitely a thing in the distant past.
