6 people from our office placed orders (which we do often) and there was hair in 2 of them. We were only asking for a refund for ONE of the orders. Being repeat customers, we assumed this would be handled professionally. The man we spoke with refused to give a refund unless we brought the food back. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.. we will no longer be giving them our business.

This place would make you never want to eat Chinese food again! With the menu change came a change in the quality of the food and service. I wanted spring rolls but they charge you $1.99 for a cup of sweet and sour to dip it in. Upon receiving my food it looks beautiful, but once I dig in it had clumps of overcooked rice. I poke through and it’s throughout the whole thing ? I called and let them know and the young man told me the rice is not fried.... that’s just the name of it! ? what?!?! I ordered and paid for fried rice! Needless to say, issue was not resolved and I just wasted $10. Definitely won’t be back.

Orange chicken is real good, I've been looking for good orange chicken for a while but they always didn't meet my expectations. Panda orange chicken just is nothing but batter, Empress of China was okay, and other places where just off, but these guys got it down.

The chicken is dipped into pancake mix so they appear big. The rice is sticky with no a lot of veggies. It is just white rice with soy sauce. If you want to eat chinese food for a good price go to pandas. This place is more expensive than pandas but there is no food quality. GO OTHER PLACE!

I live 4 minutes away why does it take a whole hour for my food to be delivered. The food is ok fried rice isn’t that good, lo mein has no flavor. Chicken is questionable. But whatever.
