BEWARE!!! This company employs technicians who are thieves! First off, I had been trying to contact them for over two months to remove equipment from a restaurant I recently took over. Their communication and customer service were absolutely terrible. When the technicians finally showed up on November 12 for the de-installation, I immediately felt something was off. As soon as I let them in, they told me, “Oh, you can leave. We’ll lock up your restaurant.” That was a huge red flag!
Instead of leaving, I stayed in my car to make calls and do some paperwork because I didn’t trust the situation. When I returned inside the restaurant, I caught one of the technicians rolling equipment out of my office. Keep in mind, my office door was closed, the light was off, and their work was supposed to be limited to the back corner of the restaurant—nowhere near my office.
I confronted the technician and asked what he was doing. He claimed he was retrieving equipment that belonged to him. I pointed out that the item he took was buried under a pile of unrelated items since we’re in the process of organizing, meaning he had to rummage through my property to find it. When I told him he should have asked me before touching anything, he argued back, claiming it was “company protocol” to do so.
When I checked my office further, I discovered that my money box and deposit bag were missing $548 in cash! I immediately called the company, but they were dismissive and rude, saying there was nothing they could do. On top of that, I noticed they had loaded boxes of chemicals from my restaurant onto their truck without permission.
I called the police right away, and I plan to press charges. This company is completely unprofessional and violated my privacy in ways I’ve never experienced before. Avoid them at all costs!

Major delay in getting me unloaded, that's not the normal here. With a big delay I would like to thank Tay and Aaron. Both of these young men worked hard all day to find a resolution. And updated me frequently. This allowed me to communicate with dispatch on rescheduling my next load. I can't say enough about these two men. They represent this company extremely well and were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thank you both for helping me salvage what could have been a very bad day!

This place is to the back of the business center. The last warehouse in the rear. Follow the little truck path around all the buildings. You will see the restaurant technology vans and straight trucks when u are near their suite. If you made it to the big lake you are standing in front the warehouse. Checking in was cool. Backing in had plenty of room to swing and back straight up. Black dude that unloaded me was professional and courteous. And they unloaded me fast and efficiently.
