Good food, Karaoke, and Atmosphere. Not your typical restaurant. Usually more active at nights and weekends.

Too loud too dark, they didn’t have tortillas and didn’t let us know till after the food was brought out…didn’t have silverware and after a long wait, were brought out plasticware….to top it off after the bad service still got charged a tip for a table of 4. Waitress excuse was the system automatically adds it!

Can't rate the food but the service was really bad. We didn't get acknowledged by any waiter for about 15 minutes. We decided to just walk away.

If I could give it negative star I would give this place a negative -100 star why? First this place too loud to even hear anyone around or can't even speak to the waitress to order cuz their blasting loud ass music, reason number 2 it take about 5 min for them to take your order and it take about another 5 min for your stail chip and flavorless salsa to arrive at you table and it takes about an hour for the food I order to get to the table just to send it back cuz I order easy simple chicken nachos and my brother also got the same thing and my mom go pupusa, my brother and I send our noches back cuz chip were stail cheese was not melted enough and my mom's pupusa were cold and it took 5 min for the waitress to notice that she didn't have her cortido the salad that goes with the pupusa. at the end we decided to eat half nacho and take the rest home coz of the blasting of the music bad service.

Tried Rincón Latino #2 for some Salvadoran food and left completely disappointed. I ordered the plato típico—the food was just okay, but the service was flat-out terrible. Our waitress had a bad attitude the entire time, made us feel like a burden, and took forever to bring the missing items we repeatedly asked for.

To top it off, they automatically add a tip and a service fee to the bill—which is wild considering the service barely existed. It feels like they’re charging extra just to treat you poorly.

After checking the reviews, I wasn’t surprised to see the owner responding to feedback with unprofessional, defensive comments instead of trying to improve. That says everything.

Plenty of better Salvadoran spots out there that actually care about their customers. This isn’t one of them.
