Bad experience in a concert here last night .ac was turned off and it was super hot inside I was sweating way too much..sound was average at best .had to leave before band ended playing

Service is so slow. Waitresses rather be on the phone than making money.
No one answers the phone for orders and the "bartender" is Definitely Not Licensed because they can't even make drinks right!

They have to be laundering money because they don't care about the sales. It's almost always empty!

We stopped in to dine-in late after attending the on-site carnival 11pm'ish. It was 95 degrees outside so we were drinking our own cold bottled water as we entered the restaurant. We were told we could not bring in our own bottled water because "they sell water"..... What!!?? An employee at the door said this to us with a smile on her face as well as the manager. We left to spend our money at BJs who had NO problem with our bottled water.
When Los Lupes was there, it was no problem to bring in bottled water because I always buy a beverage but with this new restaurant, this is how "we're" treated. This was our second time there and our last. Heads up customers: even though it's hot outside and you're over 50 years old, you cannot bring in your own water, because they sell water!!! Just found out Los Lupes Rivieras just re-opened not far from there off Beltline..... Good! I will go back to the restaurant that respects & values their customer's spending money with them without showing partiality. Adios!!

Staff very friendly and great food ,plus great deals on Tuesday and Thursday.

The waitress forgot a meal And we did I not receive it tell the rest of us were done
She did not carry a pin or paper to take the order. She would walk back to her computer for each of 5 Visitors. And still Managed To forget a late
Not Likely to return or let family or friends visit this establishment. Vary poor service

The waiters are wonderful. The food is delicious. The place is too small for dancing. They have a so-called dance floor. The music is way too loud for my ears.

The service was bad, the servers were vaping and just talking no attention to the customers. Anything I asked for they didn’t have it. Not recommended!

Came in for dinner, and the waitstaff was eating their pre-shift meal and wrapping silverware... probably not the most hygienic. We sat down, and they returned to eating without bringing water or silverware. Two customers at the bar had to flag down the bartender for service. After nearly a 10 min wait, we decided to take our business elsewhere. Went to Aspen Creek for a much better experience.

The truth is, the place is nice but the service is very bad, the waiters are very slow, they spend hours and don't come to the table and the security is terrible if they try to improve that will be better

Everything is fine, just that the waitresses often act deaf and it is difficult to serve you
