GLOVES i love that they offer them! Very welcoming helpful staff. I enjoyed the crawfish pepper jack soup. Lots of variety to choose from on the bar. I like that they don't have premium items like other places where they might charge more for seafood or avocado. Whatever you put in your bowl is what is weighed on the scale. No hidden costs. Now I agree with another reviewer that commented some items seemed quite fresh and others not so much and also this can get pricey real quick. You might not be able to tell from my picture but I did try to go light handed, so i didn't fill it as much as I would've wanted and I still ended up over ten dollars. So just be warned of that. It adds up quick. I like this place reminds me of Souper Salad back in the day. Even has baked potatoes you can dress.

Let me put out the clarion call for my fellow gym bros: This is the only salad spot in dfw, that I'm aware of, that ensure you can hit your macros and micros at the same lick. Its build your own by weight so you can nail your protein. Shrimp, chicken (multiple versions of both), boiled eggs, etc. Stack as needed. Also has rice and quinoa to carb reload. Greens and veggies for those micros.
I dont know how long she'll be here and let it run like this, but come get it while its good.

This is the freshest salad eatery yet. The girls are always friendly, and even the manager will ask you how are you today if she happens to be on the floor when one walks in. That is a rarity these days! They surely have a tremendous soup station too with yummy soups. Hope they never lose or move from this location.

Love the convenience of a good salad bar and options for such area limited in Las Colinas. Staff always greet, which I appreciate. Despite it being lunch time, several selections were down to empty which was odd since there were zero patrons inside. Reasonably priced, based on weight including dressing. All self serve but tips are expected before you can finalize the transaction, makes it awkward because you’re basically tipping someone for ringing you out for a meal you created.
