Didn't have half of the ingredients we had ordered. Did not notify us and ask for changes, just wrote a sloppy note about what all was missing and sent it on anyway. Didn't credit our bill back for missing items that we paid extra for. Didn't remove the ingredients that we asked to remove. It was correct on the printed ticket, simply didn't follow it. Very little chicken in the salad, and poorly cooked. 2 small black olive slices, despite paying $2 extra for that. 3 tiny apple cubes despite paying $2 extra for that. Terrible experience and food, would recommend you avoid Saladworks at all costs.

I had a large order, for a team of 5 people. Raenella went above & beyond to assist me. She was extremely efficient & especially helpful. She even offered to bag each person's order separately and then went a step further & labeled each bag with the person's name. The order was perfectly executed, & all items were accounted for. Salad was great but the penne sandwich was made sloppy so by the time I got it to eat the bread was soggy and I couldn't enjoy it

I ordered for the first time from here and I was so disappointed. They aren't cheap, and if the salads were larger salads I'd maybe so okay, they are worth the price...but they are tiny. I also received my delivery order with no dressing or "side item" which was a roll. So I just got the lettuce and toppings...which is obviously not very satisfying.Anyway, the ingredients were fresh and tasty so there's that.Here's a pic of my salad (with my own dressing I went out and bought) you can see the portion is pretty small and I hadn't even taken a bite.

Great location since i was at redcross nearby. Avocado cobb is delicious. Didnt like the buffalo chicken panini too much but still im on a diet anyway. Nice quiet & customer friendly.
I just bit into my Turkey panini and it was moldy.! Salad was fine. Please watch and make sure it's fresh food disappointed

Overall a great meal. I was super hungry and hadn't eaten breakfast because of doordash and panera. I came across this restaurant one Ubereats and decided to order.I got the panini and salad special. I mistakenly ordered the wrong salad. I got the Bentley but meant to order the Cobb. The Bentley wasn't bad but it could have been put together a little better. The Cobb had avocado. I wish they had more dressing options as I typically eat oil and vinegar but the italian vinaigrette was fine. Next time perhaps I'll try the apple cider vinaigrette. For the panini, I got the buffalo chicken one. It was really good. I was trying to order before the free delivery special went away and forgot to put no ranch. Luckily it wasn't overwhelming but I could have done without it altogether. The portions of both was good and I'd definitely order again before I leave.
