Saltgrass Steak House

I recently dined at Saltgrass Steakhouse and was particularly impressed by the staff. David, our server, went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable meal. He was friendly, professional, and attentive without being overbearing. He took the time to explain the beef cuts, suggested well-paired sides, and checked back at just the right moments to refill drinks and address any questions. His recommendations were spot on, and he made great wine and dessert suggestions that complemented our dishes.

Santos Rivas, the manager, also stood out with his hands-on leadership. He greeted guests with a warm welcome, circulated around the dining room to ensure everyone was satisfied, and empowered his team to deliver top-tier service. It was clear that Santos fosters a positive, efficient environment where staff collaboration shines, and guests feel well taken care of. The kitchen delivered solid results too—the steaks were flavorful and cooked to order, the sides were generous, and the overall presentation was polished.

Amazing food and well-lit, not too dark or extremely loud. The only downside is that my party mostly spoke Spanish, so there was a bit of a barrier, but everything was perfect in my opinion better than another location I've been to. The signature steak and shrimp is delicious I would absolutely recommend it.

Not only is the food great, I left my purse here and didn't realize until 2 days after (don't judge me okay) and Solomon was the kindest human ever and returned my purse to me. Best staff AND best food. Texas Road House, who? Save yourself the chaos and come here.

Good steakhouse, fun atmosphere, and a distinctly Texas vibe. Steak was delicious and the bread they bring out before the meal was fresh, warm, and very good. Service was warm, quick, and friendly.

Horrible service! Worse Saltgrass I’ve ever been to. Got seated and greeted pretty fast. Our waiter; boy did he suck. Apparently we weren’t any type of important to him. He’d walk and talk to everyone but us. Waited like 15 minutes before I got fed up grabbed my kids and left that place. His loss I typically tip well. Especially, when I eat good. Spoke to the manager on my way out and his excuse “I sent three waiters home for insubordination”. Well I think it’s time for new management in my opinion. By far the worst experience from a Saltgrass.

Did not have a good experience with this location.
We placed a large order 24 hours in advanced and it was scheduled for 11:30 pick up time.
We had to wait 30 extra minutes to receive the order at 12:00pm.

We had a work meeting scheduled and the food was extremely late.

I really enjoyed the shrimp jalapeno popper as the appetizer my steak was perfectly cooked but potato was perfect and I liked my shrimp I should have asked for some more horseradish to add to the sauce though I like mine a little spicier.

Tequila was such a wonderful server ❤️

Our waiter was a precious young man by the name of Tray. We visited this restaurant for the first time Oct. 28, 2025 and it was a wonderful experience from the time we walked through the door. Tray was so helpful and prompt as our waiter. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and he had such a pleasant demeanor. We will definitely come back. We had a very good experience.
