Horrible people, Worst customer service. Though food taste is somewhat good, Manager will a swer your calls rudely.

No good customer services and manager was horrible. We 3 friends want to pay our own for food, but they say no we cannot do that. If you 2 on one table and other one on one table, then we can do separate bill. We 3 couple left without food and lost the business. I think learn business police that customer is king!!!

It was Sunday, Crowded. The food is good. However.. the South Indian Music, Film Songs was extra loud. We couldn't enjoy our food. Ownersvcan play soft Indian classical music to add flavours to good food.

We lived in Mumbai and have searched for South Indian specialities. We found our Dosa go to not to mention all the other scrumptious smelling things that passed by. Saravanaa Bhavan is the closest we've gotten to being back in India. It is clean, efficient and great food. Job well done!

If you are craving for some good South Indian food, then you can surely visit this place. We tried their Medhu Vada, and one of the Dosa. Everything was great.. I visited this place for a weekday lunch with office colleagues. The name is very well known in India and they have opened their branches in various countries. They serve the South Indian cuisine. Here is my perspective about the place. Food (4/5) -. If you are craving for some good South Indian food, then you can surely visit this place. I tried a couple of items and loved all of them. I tried their Mini Ghee Idli, Vada and Rava Masala Dosa. The items were served with sambhar, coconut chutney, peanut chutney and green chutney. The taste was quite good and so do the portions. The dishes were served in normal steel plates. Service (4/5) - The service was fast. It was served quite quickly even though the place was quite occupied. Overall, the experience was quite good.

Ordered the Onion Rava Masala Dosa and the Garlic Nan with Mushroom curry. Was excellent. The service was quick and efficient. Would certainly recommend and go back to this restaurant again.

Visited for a quick lunch along with a colleague, while on a business trip to Irving. We went for the South Indian Meal and it was so good and value for money as well. Highly recommended.

A decent ambiance and their idlis and dosas are well made. They have an extensive menu and the restaurant is fairly large and bustling. I enjoyed their onion and tomato utthapam as well as their naans and vegetarian curries. I will certainly return to this restaurant.
There was a big insect in the rasam. i noticed it when I was about to eat a spoonful. It ruined the whole experience for my husband and I. The manager did not acknowledge nor apologize. They conveniently tried to hush the matter. @saravanaa bhavan - please maintain a better standard and quality of food, especially when 70% of your dishes are made in large quantities to feed 100s of consumers.

Saravana Bhavan is of the best place to have food for South Indians staying outside South India. Taste is as same as other Saravana Bhavan restaurants. But as usual prices are very high!
