I ordered in doordash an one hour ago still not received the food, they are adding 10min and 10min. Still they are prepared the food I don't know they are cooking only my order or entire irving people's order. No one is responding to the calls why they r maintenance the phone calls I'm not understanding.

Their online order system is useless. The whole point of online ordering is to skip the line and pick up the food right on time. I ordered 30 minutes ahead online and went to pickup only to know that they didn't even check their online orders. On top of it, the guy at the front said don't prefer online orders as they only focus on phone orders or walk-ins. Wasted 30 minutes of my time. I had to just choose whatever is readily available.

Visited around 9:30 PM for an online order pickup. The guy with glasses is arrogant and also ignored my calls even after I called four times. When I went to the counter, they said they didn’t have the items and didn’t bother to apologize just said, “we don’t call if we don’t have items.” I had to order something else and wait again. Once the order was ready, he took it personally and didn’t even call my name. When I asked, they just said they didn’t know. Very rude and unprofessional service.

This is absolutely disgusting service. When you open a business, the very least you can do is answer the phone. I understand if it’s busy once in a while, but this is the third time I’ve tried calling just to add something to my order, and not a single person bothered to pick up.
This is not the way to operate a business. I have been a regular customer and always ordered from your restaurant, but today you lost me as a customer.

We’ve been regulars for five years, but we’re done because the hospitality and service have fallen to zero. They won’t provide drinking water at the dispensary and instead tell customers to buy it. Portions are deliberately skimpy—sambar idli and chutneys are half-filled, with extra charges added—even for dine-in. We even found a couple of expired items in their supermarket section, which is unacceptable. It’s time to take our business elsewhere and remind them that customers hold the real power by refusing these add-ons.

Please train the staff who are taking orders. I ordered an idly–vada combo, but they charged only for 2 idlis and 1 vada and later corrected it by charging the difference. This shows they are not listening carefully to customers.
A few days earlier, I ordered Mysore bonda and asked for an extra cup of chutney because the cup provided was only half full. The staff refused and gave me a refund instead.
I also had to stand in line for 15 minutes just to place my order. Please ensure your staff are properly trained to be attentive, accurate, and provide better customer service.
