Attempted to order 1 cinnamon roll and 1 medium Coke today. Just short of $9.00. Rang the bell for service and received a response from what appeared to be the manager like I was bothering him. He rang up the order an disappeared for over a minute. Walked out without finishing the purchase. Disappointed I didn't get to have my favorite cinnamon roll. Won't be back to this location due to the horrible service.

My husband just picked up our order of 2 French Dip sandwiches and there is NO SIDE OF THE DIPPING SAUCE!!! It is dry as hell!!! Thanks for wasting my money!!!! Totally unacceptable and I will never go back there again!!! Really you couldn’t get an order correct!!!!! I tried to call and no one answers the phone!!!

My first time eating here and the sandwich was delicious I had made an order yesterday and I thought I had added avocado but I didn’t get it I call the manager was super nice with service and said he will make me another one, I ended checking the receipt and it was my mistake but he gave me the sandwich anyway so I thank him so much I will definitely recommend this place it's fast service and really good customer service.

The manager goes above and beyond his usual duties to make sure his customers are taken care of! Provided support and advice during less busy hours regarding both their sandwiches and the location!

On Google and on the schlotzsky's website it says they're open till 9:00 on Saturday night and I pulled up to the drive-thru at 8:10 p.m. and sat there for 7 minutes honking my horn and then a lady walked out and got in her car and I asked her where everybody was and she said they close at 8:00 even though both websites say 9:00 p.m.. this has been happening a lot and a lot of stores of all kinds lately I think employees just leaving when they want instead of when they're scheduled to close. If this is when you're scheduled to close then please fix your hours on your website.
