Meh. The food is good. I ordered ahead to save time and the app gave 4:00p (20-minute lead time). That was fine because I was still 6 minutes away and waiting 15 minutes for good food was fine. Once I finished the order and already paid the time updated to 4:20p. Never going to try that again unless I’m ordering well ahead.

I'm giving this all five stars. It's my first time eating shake shack and I was greeted by the shift manager named Stephen.
He was very knowledgeable about the menu, and the food was top notch. I've been craving a good burger and I think I found my new favorite spot.
If corporate sees this review, give Stephen a raise. You should hire him to open up your future locations.

I received a text that my order was ready, and did not get my food until about 15 minutes later. Staff blew me off until the 3rd time I asked, when they finally checked and grabbed a bag that had been sitting there the entire time. Very frustrating.

My experience was amazing. It was calm relaxing and great for my family of 7 to eat and STEPHEN BROCKELMAN help me with one issue my food was a bit undercooked and he took care of it.

I came here after a late day of work, so towards the end of the night (around 10pm). The food was great. The staff were friendly and fast with food preparation. The establishment wasn't the cleanest and tidiest; but could have just been an end of day thing.
