The burger was great! I took off the special sauce & forgot to ask for mustard, & it didn't even dawn on me that I had dry bread until I was almost finished eating it. I also ordered a cherry limeade, however I was not a fan of it at all.

If you’ve ever wanted to pay gourmet prices for something that tastes like a microwave mishap, This place is your dream come true. The patty had the flavor complexity of a wet napkin, and the bun disintegrated like it had commitment issues. you too can experience the thrill of regret layered with wilted lettuce. Honestly, I’ve had more fulfilling meals at gas stations—and at least those came with a free sense of dignity.

Disgusting place, cockroaches everywhere, and the air conditioning doesn't work. It should be cleaned properly. The managers are bad and the worst place I've ever been.

Good place to grab a fast meal; burger, hot dog , lettuce wraps etc. also, have variety of French fries; chili, cheese, normal. Major fountain soda brands . Good food - can’t go wrong

07/18/2025: I picked up some dinner to go at Shake Shack in Las Colinas and got 2 burgers, 2 fries, and an order of fried pickles. Everything was great.

Ms. Sonya took my order because I couldn’t do my modifications at the self checkout screens. She was friendly and professional. While waiting to for my order, I saw that she was consistent with helping other guests that came into the restaurant.

My major complaint with this location was that the AC was not working that day. It was likely at least 80-82 degrees inside. The shades were down and the AC could not keep up. It was around 93-94 degrees at that time outside.

I felt bad for the employees working. I wouldn’t recommend eating inside with the AC not working properly.

I tried the viral ‘ Dubai Chocolate Pistachio Shake’.
Taste is just ok. The chocolate pieces are too thick and not enjoyable.

Mediocre. The place wasn't the cleanest as multiple tables were dirty. The burger was actually solid with a good flavor, just a little small for the price. The fries were a huge waste of money. They were almost good. Almost crispy enough, almost salty enough, but at the end, they are the most bland fries I've ever had. Literally had almost no flavor. For the price and and how much food you get, I would just go to in-n-out. I won't be coming back

Wonderful dining! Scott was FANTASTIC, he made me as a customer feel welcomed, important, and was professional. I'd recommend it. Terrific service! Good food!
