I came from Maryland and was excited to try the shawarma here, but I was disappointed with my experience. The chicken was partly burnt and very chewy, which made it difficult to enjoy. I mentioned it to the cashier, but nothing was done to address the issue. I hope the restaurant improves the quality and customer service going forward.

Shawarma World exceeded expectations. The portions were generous, the chicken was very fresh, and the owner was kind enough to give us extra garlic sauce at no charge when we asked. We also tried the beef kofta with rice and hummus—everything was flavorful and well-prepared. An amazing spot overall. A must-visit if you’re a shawarma lover.

I stopped by Shawarma World today and wow, easily one of the best gyros I’ve had in years. The meat was perfectly seasoned, juicy, and had those crispy edges that make every bite incredible. The tzatziki sauce tied everything together, and even the fries were seasoned and cooked perfectly. You can tell they actually care about the details here.
I couldn’t resist grabbing dessert and I’m glad I didn’t. The homemade baklava was unreal, probably the best I’ve ever had, and the banana pudding was right up there too.
The restaurant was very clean, and the owner was friendly and welcoming. You can tell they take pride in what they do. This place deserves more attention and I’ll definitely be back.

The food here is bland and flavorless. The meat was dry and the only good part about the meal was the ketchup, the one thing they didn’t make. The tzatziki sauce if you can even call it that was just yogurt with an attempt at making it look the part. Someone needs to introduce this place to seasonings because holy their food was bland. The ambience is also straight out of a depressing abandoned cafe movie scene where the only noise made is from the drink coolers. Overall food is more bland than a stale piece of cardboard, and the meat was so dry it would make even the Sahara desert feel like a wet climate. Would not recommend and am shocked how well received this place is.

Food 2/10. There is no flavor in the food. None whatsoever. tzatziki was the saddest sour tasting. Hot sauce also tasted funky. Yogurt based stuff was definitely gone bad. Hope tomorrow morning is not a nightmare.
