You could tell it had been a while since they had swept. The cashier wasn’t pleasant & she shorted me on my change. The other gal called me sir when I am clearly a woman!!

The quality is great as always however, the service was beyond unacceptable. I waited 20 minutes for a single drink that was supposed to be ready via online order. Apparently they messed up another order and gave it to someone else. They did this with the following orders as I watched other customers get frustrated and a couple of them even walked out. They did not acknowledge anyone who walked in and they had the radio turned up so loud that you had to shout to communicate. It would be worth the extra driving just to go to a better location. The only hole atmosphere was awful.

The last time I came to this location, the associate near the register was brushing his hair. Once I saw that, I turned around and walked out. You can’t make this stuff up!

Assyria who works at the Las Colinas location is amazing! She was so kind and welcoming! She made our experience at Smoothie King even better by letting us know about the benefits of the app and being friendly and patient on top of making our order delicious. Will definitely be coming back!

I visited the front desk today , and the staff member treated me in a way that felt discriminatory. Specific remarks/actions were directed at me based on my race, which were offensive and unprofessional. This experience made me feel very unwelcome. I strongly encourage management to address this behavior so all guests receive equal respect and fair treatment

This Smoothie King rocks! It’s mostly due to Asario! She is the reason I come here every week! She’s friendly, intelligent, hard working and a self starter! She learned my name the first time I came two years ago and always addresses by it. She needs to be managing her own store!
