Terrible service! I ordered delivery from this location. I never received my smoothie. I have been calling them over an hour now. They will not even answer the phone . Over 25 bucks paid no smoothie no service no update no response! Terrible!!!Update: so after an hour of me calling smoothie king! i have now been advised to allow 7-10 days for my funds to go back to my credit card lol. instead of them crediting my smoothie king app, or just resending my smoothie, i have to wait to be refunded. mind you, i did not request a refund. i just wanted my smoothie resent. i have never witnessed such terrible customer service in my life! i requested a supervisor number from the young lady and she said she would not give me anyone’s contact information. im really taking back by the whole ordeal!

The African American gentleman with the durag or whatever on his head tonight rolled his eyes at at when we were walked in today and was not to happy to have in his store. He working next to a young Indian woman. He needs an attitude check or needs to lose this job as he clearly has no the customers that walk in and was flirting heavily with the young Indian woman. Fire him…

If I could give them a zero I would. I ordered online, arrived at the store to pick up my order it wasn't ready. After waiting an additional 15 minutes, I asked how much longer for my order, they stated they never received the order and would make it right away. I waited another 30 minutes and still hadn't received my order. I asked for a refund, the assiciate called the mananger and the manager asked me could I wait until the next day to receive my refund because she wasn't working. Who waits until the next day to receive a refund. I said absolutely not. This is by far the worst and most unprofessional experience I've had at any Smoothie King.

There was only one person working on a Thursday at lunch time. I placed my order online well ahead of arrival and waited an additional twenty minutes in the line only to be told that he had a stack of online orders waiting. This is no knock to the employee who was doing his best but if the store is unable to handle in store orders and online orders simultaneously than one or the other needs to be disabled.

0/5 stars any given day. Visited this location the evening of Friday, June 30th for upsize Fridays. The young woman, Breyanna, rang in my order and started making it. She was very kind but seemed new. She made my smoothie a bit chunky so I asked if they could remake it. Her trainer, a young, dark haired man with a septum piercing seemed very irritated with her because she had not made my smoothie bowl and messed up a smoothie. I'm not sure who remade my smoothie but it was not what I asked for. I asked for a chocolate hulk with modifications and they made it vanilla. When I asked them what it was, Breyanna read off the sticker to me and I asked again if that's what they made and if it was chocolate and the young man straight up lied in my face. While we were waiting for 25 mins for 2 smoothies and a smoothie bowl the young man used profanity while complaining about another coworker and stating he wouldn't be doing his job since they didn't do theirs. His attitude was disgusting. On top of this I asked for plastic and got styrofoam for all drinks. The fruit also smelled old. This is a horrible business and I'd recommend you go literally anywhere else. Waste of money and time.

Ordered off of Uber eats and order was cancelled multiple times. I even scheduled for pick up and my order was cancelled so I went up to the store and you all weren’t busy at all your staff was just plain lazy.

Love this place! I was given a recommendation to try the daily warrior and was not disappointed!! Tons of protein and flavor in this smoothie, it will keep you energized and feeling great ? there was a long line and it did take a while to get us through but it was definitely worth the wait!

Absolute worst customer service. Ordered delivery through the app, driver didn’t deliver. Doordash refunded, but since it’s through the app, This smoothie king has to initiate a refund from their end. It’s been a week and no one answers the phone. DD has even emailed them. Ridiculous. A $15+ smoothie I didn’t even taste or see. Trifling customer service.
