Knowing this location has been a dumpster fire for the last few months I placed an online order for ASAP and showed up 45 minutes later. The person at the cash register went through receipts and found it and made it quickly. I also got a “sorry for the wait” at the end. Otherwise this review would have been a 1 star. Guess I learned my lesson again. Time to use my alternate location again.

been on a cut and needing extra protein. the gladiator protein they use shows that a full serving (45 grams of protein) is two scoops. however, when they made my gladiator smoothie, which smoothie king guarantees is 45g protein REGARDLESS of smoothie size, the worker barely put one and a fifth of a scoop into the blender. when i confirmed with the manager that two scoops is 45g protein, he angrily said “yes it is now HAVEANICEDAY” and walked away. the way he reacted makes me think that he didn’t want me prying because either the company tells workers to short customers of protein or that employees short customers because they don’t want to refill protein containers. i don’t think i have ever left a google review before, but i generally trust companies to uphold integrity at least on a surface level about what they’re selling. I get that protein is expensive, but so are smoothie king smoothies so this really rubbed me the wrong way today.

On multiple occasions, I paid for extra toppings, and for some reason, they refused to add them. But “ensure” that the toppings were added.

I came here Saturday April 20th to get a smoothie at 8am and there was no one inside and the lights were off. The website says they open at 8am and the sign on the door says they open at 8am on Saturdays. I waited for about 10 minutes and no one ever showed up. I had to go to another location further away. Probably won’t be back to this location.

I come to this location maybe 2x a week. Katty is absolutely the best. I am deathly allergic to bananas and she always makes my smoothie with care. I had an incident at another location and was scared to try again but she makes it worth it and she remembers me so that's a plus

Smoothie had to be remade. I'm annoyed when staff modify the recipe for the strawberry hulk. The ice and water situation. So i asked that the smoothie be made EXACTLY how the recipe instructs. Im giving a 5 star because of Kateys superb customer service. She will go far in life

Yeah it maybe loud with the music but the smoothies are soo freaking good! i ordered the lean 1 vanilla with berries and peanut butter and it was the bomb! I wish i would of ordered the super large version! Both girls that work there r clean and professional! Will come back soon!
